    Amazing printer. I always liked Cannon but this printer has been thought out very well. Can't get enough of the double sided print and scanning which is very fast.

    Touch screen is a nightmare, doesn't register very well. Also have issues with printing images within word files, maybe a driver issue.

    The machine works great most of the time. Sometimes it loses the connection. I have to remove the printer and re-add it in my macbook. A bit uncomfortable but not a big deal to me.

    I love the canon all in one laser printer. It prints well, is not loud regarding faxing capabilities and is perfect for my home office. I was an HP person but have definitely switched over to canon.

    Can’t tell yet, the geek squad was scheduled to come out but they canceled after I called to see where they were at. Rescheduled to come out next week. I am unhappy about not finding someone to set the printer up sooner!!
