    Buy at your own risk. I bought this printer in January and have had nothing but problems with it. Sometimes it would take 5 or 10 minutes for it to print. Frequently when scanning it would say "printer not connected". I had to restart everything after just 4 scans. Multiple calls to customer service I finally bought a brother color laser printer and it works like a champ! I have all Canon camera products and never had any issues. I have had multiple Canon photo printers with no issues either. Could be this one is a lemon? I see others are having the same sort of problems and they are all saying it is software issues. I have a new Mac also and nobody can seem to figure out what the problem is. Also, neither Canon nor Best But will refund me. It's been a lemon right out of the box. Not fair in my eyes.
