Note: Had it for a month now; so far so good. Pros: 1- Easy to set up using 2- Installed software CD on windows 11; worked fine but did not try scanning yet. Download/Install print driver for Win and MAC. They also worked fine. 3- Discovered and printed easily from iphone and Android. Cons: 1- Software provided on the CD better get delivered on a USB or provide a downloaded link; Most laptops do NOT have a CD drive. And I could NOT find the utilities yet. Might contact Canon. 2- Not a big fan of the touch screen config UI location. it is sticking out and might break by accidentally hitting it.

Excellent black and white printer. Easy to get up and running. Bought the extra 500 sheet tray and it automatically recognized it. Use smaller tray for letter, larger for legal and the flip down tray for envelopes. Scanner and copier are nice add ons and work well.

The Canon printer, scanner, copy, fax, and etc... It was so amazing I also bought another one for a family member when their printer broke and tight on funds to help them out. This is black & white printer so DO NOT Expect to print color pages... But this is the best B&W printer I had ever owned this year. Thank you to Best Buy for all your good customer services and still in business for us to shop locally has been great overall experiences as well. Great printer. It was easy to set up, is fast, and has a quality printout. It has a top of the line set of features with copy, scan, and fax. It is the third Canon printer that I have set up for friends and myself. All have worked flawlessly and are still working after many years.

Works pretty good. It goes to sleep and doesn't wake up at odd times. There must have been a software update on either the printer or my Mac because it used to not wake up when I tried to print from my Mac and I had to manually wake it up (by pressing the start button), but now it appears to wake up and print most of the time. I have no idea why it does this. This issue doesn't appear to be a problem on my PC, but I'm running different programs on the PC compared to Office for the Mac. Otherwise print quality is good, It's a bit noisy when it starts up - which surprises one of our dogs, I haven't tried to compatible cartridges yet. We'll see how those work. The compatible cartridges are about 25% of the cost of the Canon cartridges.

I give the printer 5/5. It’s very easy to use and print documents fast. I recommend this printer for anyone.

This has been reliable, the software is easy, the image/text quality is great, it prints fast, and the toner lasts a ling time—no need to keep biying ink like with inkjet printers. If you dont need color, this is the way to go!

Before I purchase this printer I bought an Epson and a Brother printer. I returned both of them. The canon printer is easier to use and better quality print and better quality scannned docs. I like it and it has a lot of options.

Just a wonderful printer. Reliable. I have printed a lot of copies on just one of the printer rolls. I would definitely recommend this printer for home and office. Great product.

The Canon ImageClass mf455DW. Thi is best printer I have had. It is very easy to operate, prints very well and fast ( I did 150 copies in about 3 minutes. I found it easy for me to make copies and the screen was easy to understand. After 2 other models over the past 2+ years, this is by far the best.

This is the best printer I have had in years. I am a sole proprietor and need a fast, reliable, good quality printer. After trying MANY brands, I chose this Canon about one month ago and I am glad I did. It is consistent in quality, quick to respond without hesitation or incidents, like jamming. I am thankful I found it!!!

I switched from ink jet to this laser jet printer. The ink jet required 5 cartridges [black and various colors] were so expensive and they dried out pretty quick since I don't print very often). This laser jet printer only requires black toner and you can buy generic brand toner. Set up of this printer was easy. Just follow instructions on the keypad.

Very solid b/w laser printer. Entry level, but as an all in one printer, it gets our daily job done. My office has about 8 of these, working great after 5 months of use.
