This printer is garbage. It is super picky about the paper type you put into it. We had to search online to find a customer posted solution in order to get it to print anything at all. It took two of us -- one reading the instructions online while the other punched the selections into the printer. Forget trying to use the special paper feed tray. I tried to print a 5x7 card and wasted multiples just trying to get it to print properly. When something did print out, the card had a long colorful line on the back where you'd normally see the price and name of the card company. It's ridiculously noisy and there is no program to interface with it on the computer, so you just have the basic printer dialog box from the operating system of your device. It's the worst printer I have ever had. And why do these companies think we all want white devices? White yellows over time and sticks out like a sore thumb in a room. It's not like these are beautiful pieces of art. We don't want to notice them. I would NOT purchase this printer again or recommend it to anyone.

The Canon printer was very easy to set up and prints beautiful pages.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this laser printer. I think I made a good purchase and am happy with the way my new laser printer works. The set up was a little stressful, but now that I have it up and running everything works great. Has lots of features and my documents print very nicely. So far, I have had no problems with scanning or printing. It doesn't seem to use to much toner, I was concerned about that as they are a bit pricey. Only downside is that every time I print something I have to manually set it to print on one side. It keeps printing on both sides. I'm sure there must be a setting which I thought I found and turned the two-sided printing off, but it still keeps doing it unless I choose one sided printing. It wouldn't be a big deal, but I do a lot more single sided printing than I do two-side printing. I work in an office and scan and print all day, so it gets a lot of use, so I hope it will last as long as my old one. I would recommend this printer.

Excellent printer. Had a Canon printer prior to purchasing this one and it lasted a long time and was an excellent printer as well. It also printed pictures.

This has been great for our home with two working professionals and two students. Everyone is able to use it with our devices without much hassle.

WOW I had so many printer high end BUT this one took the cake > best on color best on price due to sale now, hands down this is the best one. I am very picky went it come to color and near the best one. if you need a printer think no more get it. thank me later.

for the price this was one of the few printers that is laser and can do color. all of the other features are just a plus. it is a little large but after looking at other similar featured printers in the store, they were all about the same size more or less. i like how i can print legal sized paper with the manual feeder.

Printer is easy to set up and use. Print quality in exceptional and fast. Printer copy’s, as well as prints and also scans documents into system for transmission. I would recommend it to all my friends and family

Very Easy to setup and use. Output is great. Well worth the money. Be aware this is not a light printer. Be prepared to have another person on hand to help if you are not capable of lifting 40lbs by yourself.

Bought this for my mother-in-law so she could print wirelessly from her phone or tablet. Setup was easy and once we downloaded the Canon app, she was printing with ease.

So far so good. Was easy to set up and prints really well. Also acts as a scanner and copier. Took me a couple of tries to figure out the scanner software. Not the best instructions. The printer is heavy and big but fits in our space. Highly recommend based on quality and price.

After having used several well-known brands of printers over the years, I have come to the conclusion that Canon makes the best ones on the planet. They are easy to set up, configure and use, and at a decent price. This model packs many necessary features such as scan to folder, scan to email, color copy, duplex printing, wired and wireless connection, and more. It is almost the perfect printer. By almost, I mean, I wish it would hold a full ream of paper, but in the grand scheme of things, this is a very minor issue. Buy this Canon printer and don’t even consider any others. You will be glad you did.

Toner not cheap but good quality printer and easy install

Does everything I need for my small business. Prints at a more than acceptable speed and the quality is great! Didn’t purchase to print pictures but it also does a good job with pics! A little noisy but most printers are. Would recommend if you print weekly!

I am so pleased with the printer. No hiccups so far and works just perfect. Prints well, crispy clean scans and color comes our amazing. Just too heavy to move around but its expected with laser printer, but works great.
