It’s been fine so far; a bit noisy but fine overall.

This is my first Laser Printer. I needed something new for my Small business needs. I also needed it to be able to print color for my business labels. This printer is perfect. It is super fast and has the best quality prints. Very satisfied with my purchase for my small business needs.

Very Easy to setup and use. Output is great. Well worth the money. Be aware this is not a light printer. Be prepared to have another person on hand to help if you are not capable of lifting 40lbs by yourself.

I am so pleased with the printer. No hiccups so far and works just perfect. Prints well, crispy clean scans and color comes our amazing. Just too heavy to move around but its expected with laser printer, but works great.

Does everything I need for my small business. Prints at a more than acceptable speed and the quality is great! Didn’t purchase to print pictures but it also does a good job with pics! A little noisy but most printers are. Would recommend if you print weekly!

Bought this for my mother-in-law so she could print wirelessly from her phone or tablet. Setup was easy and once we downloaded the Canon app, she was printing with ease.

After having used several well-known brands of printers over the years, I have come to the conclusion that Canon makes the best ones on the planet. They are easy to set up, configure and use, and at a decent price. This model packs many necessary features such as scan to folder, scan to email, color copy, duplex printing, wired and wireless connection, and more. It is almost the perfect printer. By almost, I mean, I wish it would hold a full ream of paper, but in the grand scheme of things, this is a very minor issue. Buy this Canon printer and don’t even consider any others. You will be glad you did.

Print quality is beautiful. I was expecting the document feeder to do 1-pass double sided scanning, but it doesn't. If you scan a stack of paper and turn the stack over and scan the other side you end up with 2 pdf files, one with the odd pages (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) and one with the even pages (10, 8, 6, 4, 2). You have to provide your own software to interleave them into a single pdf file that has a feature to reverse the page order on the second file. The manual says you can scan a 2-sided document by using the flatbed scanner, but if you have a large document that's not appealing. Apparently, the MF656CDW will do one-pass double-sided scanning from the document feeder but no other model in the MF650-series will. I still love if for the print quality and price. Printing from my MacBook is straightforward except it sits there for a minute or so and says the printer is off-line, but then it "finds" it and completes the print job all without additional actions from the user.

Online ordering and shipping were 1st class. But now to the printer. Software was supplied on a dvd which I don't have any longer on a PC but it was very easy to locate and download the software from Canon. Installation was quick and easy. Print quality is very good and quick. The scanner is among the best I have ever seen. I scanned in several 20+ page documents sized legal and letter using the sheet feeder with no problems. The text and images were close to perfect reproduction with almost no skew and the optical character recognition was almost as good as my PDFExchange PDF editor. I like that the replacement Toner is old school like it used to be - you don't need to change any chip in the toner cartridges to use them (like some of the new HP printers) and you can use aftermarket toner, although I plan to use Canon toner only. Highly recommended.

Good printer for home. I can report that I had trouble figuring out how to print from my smartphone. Online help from a lot of different sources gave a long long list of troubleshooting that were not fixing the problem. Even Canon help AI couldn't give me the fix. I eventually fixed the issue on my own.

The Canon printer was very easy to set up and prints beautiful pages.

Owned it 4 months! We have been Ink Jet printer owners up to now. However, why did we wait so long to jump to the alternative? Works great, very consistent operation and quality. Much less maintenance, don’t have to constantly clean the print heads when you haven’t used it for a while! All in all, a great machine
