Toner not cheap but good quality printer and easy install

Super powerful and fast printer. Great quality printing jobs. Coveinently placed mene screen and easy to use. Lots of features that I am still learing. Got a really good price for it during a sale.

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION! to the box. I want to 100% love this printer. The image quality so far has been outstanding. Printing flyers and PowerPoint slides. You only get starter toner with the printer!!!!!!! Not even the regualr toner cartidges. I missed this point on the box when I made the purchase and am now in a bind because it is out of toner after 300 copies. A replacement toner kit is in the $300 range. DO BETTER CANON!!!!!!!! This really has me not happy with you.

I love this printer. easy to set up, connect to wifi, and compatible with my Macbook. I also like that it comes with a full set of toner included. Not a starter pack. And the price was FANTASTIC for a color laser printer.

This was a great printer at the 2024 Black Friday sale price. However, trying to set up the printer to scan has been unexpectedly difficult. I found the documentation terrible, unintuitive and incomplete and I'm a recently retired IT staff and software developer so I have some experience in figuring such things out. I eventually got Scan to Email working with the help of a YouTube, but I still have not been able to get Scan to Computer working with my Windows 10 computer. Whoever was in charge of developing the software for this computer and the associated user documentation was seriously incompetent.

This was our 2nd Canon of this series and they are rock solid. Easy setup, excellent features, print quality, and scanning. We print to it from wired, and wireless connections... and our phones!

This is my second canon printer, we replaced an hp printer and so far this has been a good choice, easy to install and setup, this printer is robust with a lot of features. Recomended!

Excellent printer. Had a Canon printer prior to purchasing this one and it lasted a long time and was an excellent printer as well. It also printed pictures.

The Canon MF654Cdw was easy to install, including adjusting firewall settings to use it as a network printer. Print quality is good, probably better than I really need unless I want to print photos. I like the 2-sided printing support. Have not had it long enough to know if long-term reliability is good. I hope this Canon printer does not tell me to prematurely replace toner cartridges. My last printer, a Brother MFC-9125CN was horrible about this, and I had to often manually reset the page counter to avoid replacing toner cartridges that were less than half empty!.

Mixed review for functionality in my MacOS (Sonoma) environment. The output is excellent. However, even directly connected to a router via ethernet, it doesn’t reliably wake from sleep. Additionally, Canon (like Brother) relies upon an AirPrint driver instead of a dedicated CUPS driver which (a) was hit or miss in properly installing and (b) loses its settings frequently most notably repeatedly returning to 2-sided printing despite that setting being turned off and saved. This is true despite remotely accessing the setting and supposedly turning that setting off permanently. I’ve had to fiddle with print settings more with this printer than I have with multiple printers over 30 years. I would have returned this AIO printer but I was beyond the return window. It replaced a returned Brother MFC3270 whose driver is also only AirPrint and which admittedly (per Brother) causes that printer to lose some of its functionality. Returned it and got the Canon and it was a mistake. Would probably have gone with an HP though their toner is proprietary and expensive.

bought this printer to replace an Epson inkjet. Price was excellent for a wireless color laser printer. set up was relatively easy an the print quality is crisp and clear.

I purchased this Canon laser printer to replace my old Epson inkjet printer. Pros: 1) Crip and faster prints faster as expected of a laser printer. 2) The scanner is as good as any other printer out there. 3) Efficient in toner usage, Included cartridges should be good for atleast 1000 documents. 4) loaded with features, no app needed for wireless prints 5) easy to use large touch screen and a fast UI. Cons 1) All the reviews about this Canon being loud are true, this thing is super loud and can give you a headache if you're sesitive to sounds. 2) Replacement toner cartridges are very expensive, buying a new printer would be cheaper. 3) very heavy.(not really a con, it has a soild build quality)

Absolutely love it. We have been using this at home although we don’t have to use it that often we have had no problems the quality of the printing, and the other options that this allows us to do at home have supported all of our needs.
