We got this for our home office. Its quiet, peinter quickly, easy to install, build quilaty was good. We have mo complaints. Switched from a HP to Canon.

Works great! Prints crisp and clean. I really like the wireless feature.

I had been in the market for a color laser printer, and bought this around Thanksgiving weekend when I got an incredible deal. I love the print quality, and I find Canon has a better value when buying toner than some of the other big tech companies. The thing I DON'T like is that that sell it with "starter" toner cartridges, that have to be replaces sooner, forcing you to buy new toner sooner. I find that cheap on behalf of toner companies!

The printer is a bit complicated to learn to use, however, it's great quality. I loved that I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for a color laser printer

struggles with cardstock paper. i love how fast and easy it is compared to my older printer

I used to own a brother for 5 years , was a little skeptical changing brands but i was pleasantly surprised. The printer not only was far less expensive than a brother with smilar specs but also perfectly performed all the promised functions. Totally bang for your buck !

David helped us pick out a new printer, after looking at our previous printer. Our previous printer wouldn’t print anymore and we HATED it. Couldn’t really use it like we wanted too, the old printer was a bad choice that we chose. We called and asked David to come back out and hook up new printer. He walked us through how to use it and made sure it was set up correctly and for us to be able to print from our phone. He made sure we understood all about the printer before he left!!!

Like the print quality which is very crisp and clear.

Works exactly as advertised. Color prints are great for one upping your neighbors who have inkjet. Great value.

Was simple set up and easy to use. Having difficulty with WiFi connection but I believe that may be due to router not printer

This is a fantastic machine with excellent print quality and lots of features. There is one issue that if it could be resolved, would bring the rating to 5-stars. If you are using this to print 4x6 labels, it’s an issue. Unlike my last machine (Brother), it is not a preset. You DO have the ability to customize, which I have attempted to do numerous times, except it doesn’t work. I reached out to Canon for assistance and the only response I received was directions to the customer set up (which I had already told them was not working). When I responded with that, reiterating I had already attempted these steps numerous times and it didn’t work, they didn’t respond. So whenever I need to print a 4x6 label, it is 3x5. Sigh.

My wife loves this printer. Easy to use. Only wishes that it would hold more paper.

Easy setup, prints really good pictures. It is heavy. Overall it's a great all in one printer.

We like the quick setup and intuitive touchscreen menu. Duplex printing saves paper. Sending documents to print over wireless was simple and convenient from Mac and PC. The color on graphics were acceptable and we didn't intend on using this for high quality photo images.

Installs easily, prints well, rather loud while printing.
