    Ive had many printers over the years and this Canon 654 is by far the best I've ever had. It's fast and reliable. I especially like the feeder which allows me to inpuut single page documents and get 2 sided documents in return. The images are very crisp and clear. I also appreciate the ability to scan to my computer without having to hard wire the printer to my computer. I only wish the ink cartriges were cheaper.

    I am very pleased with this printer.It's very fast and very clear pictures.And you don't have to use color if you don't want.You can just use black for documents that don't require color I love that

    Returned the first one I bought and it was replaced, no questions. First one stopped communicating with scanner software. Geek Squad worked and worked on Computer and surmised it was a hardware problem. Second one in service now. Want a true laser printer and that part works.
