Great quality prints. Touchscreen is not as responsive as I’d like. Having some difficulty with the scanner connecting to laptop, but haven’t been able to diagnose the issue yet. Overall a good product for the price I paid while it was on sale.

I used to own a brother for 5 years , was a little skeptical changing brands but i was pleasantly surprised. The printer not only was far less expensive than a brother with smilar specs but also perfectly performed all the promised functions. Totally bang for your buck !

The Canon - imageCLASS MF654Cdw Wireless Color All-In-One Laser Printer does a good job, but I have issues with the scanning feature from the printer to the desktop computer.

Installs easily, prints well, rather loud while printing.

Setup was easy and works great. Using for home use had for two months with no issues.

This printer was easy to set up including the WiFi. What I love about as well is how fast it prints.

The best printer I have bought, fast, beautiful and comfortable to use. The ink has not run out yet for six months and I have printed more than 500 pages with it.

This is a fantastic machine with excellent print quality and lots of features. There is one issue that if it could be resolved, would bring the rating to 5-stars. If you are using this to print 4x6 labels, it’s an issue. Unlike my last machine (Brother), it is not a preset. You DO have the ability to customize, which I have attempted to do numerous times, except it doesn’t work. I reached out to Canon for assistance and the only response I received was directions to the customer set up (which I had already told them was not working). When I responded with that, reiterating I had already attempted these steps numerous times and it didn’t work, they didn’t respond. So whenever I need to print a 4x6 label, it is 3x5. Sigh.

Ive had many printers over the years and this Canon 654 is by far the best I've ever had. It's fast and reliable. I especially like the feeder which allows me to inpuut single page documents and get 2 sided documents in return. The images are very crisp and clear. I also appreciate the ability to scan to my computer without having to hard wire the printer to my computer. I only wish the ink cartriges were cheaper.

We like the quick setup and intuitive touchscreen menu. Duplex printing saves paper. Sending documents to print over wireless was simple and convenient from Mac and PC. The color on graphics were acceptable and we didn't intend on using this for high quality photo images.

A little wonky to set up at first but print quality is awesome! Definitely recommend for small business/office setting!
