I was an HP guy and needed something on my desk for quick access, I went in the store to buy my HP and came out with this Canon and haven't regretted it ONE BIT. so much so I went back and purchased a second one for the office network to utilize.

The manager of the store was assisting me. After asking what I was needing from a printer to handle my growing small business he suggested this printer for numerous reasons, it was on sale, and it has done exactly what I need it too. Kudos to the manager of the anderson sc store for his advice and guidance. I love this office equipment.

Toner is pricey but does last a substantial amount of time

I love the scanning and the quickness and detail and all the formats you can scan into. Prints fast color and black. Had a previous version. Loved that one also. Has lots of features I have yet to use. I really love the secure id badge scan for my badge. Excellent reproduction. Toner varies in price but will come down like the other one.

Can’t figure out how to enable AirPrint

Still unable to figure out why printer does not automatically show up on my network nor how to access it from iOS and macOS. Did not have these issues with the Epson which this printer replaced.

It works well. We haven’t used every function yet, but we have used it as a printer and a scanner. Those functions work well.

It prints very fast and sharp images and lets you know when it's out of paper. The mini screen is very easy to program the printer's performance.
