Love the functionality of it. Prints fast color is great and everything is perfect. Does photo copying and has templates for everyday use.

For a personal printer this is beyond perfect. Everything about it is easy and great.

I chose this printer over the HP. Setup was simple and straightforward. I was able to get it on the network which allows the family to family from any of their devices. Configuring the AirPrint was needed and have to do it over the printer’s IP.

Awesome color printer at a great price. It connected to my wifi network quickly. My phones and computers quickly connected to this printer once the drivers/apps were downloaded. I noticed the printer firmware needed to be updated (note that the firmware update takes a LONG time to download and update).

Super easy to set up and connect to wirelessly via bluetooth. Both the Mac and Microsoft laptops can connect to print as well as our phones. Only drawback is that it doesn’t print 2 sided to 2 sided copies, but 1 sided to 2 sided works fantastic. Great printer for the price!

This was purchased as a present for my father for Christmas and he absolutely loves it and was very happy with the set up and everything has gone smoothly. Highly recommend.

Initial start up was a bit confusing for the scanner but once the appropriate app was downloaded it worked well. Images are very good quality. Legal size paper is a single feed that can be cumbersome and the printer is very loud when in service. Still working out the nuances but overall my satisfaction level is good. I would recommend this product to others.

I purchased the unit for both business and personal use. Overall, it was a reliable printer but had a few drawbacks that made it more difficult to operate than was necessary. One example is that the printer always failed to connect to the computer via Wi-Fi when scanning. It required that the main Wi-Fi connection on the computer had to be turned off and then re-established the connection before the printer would connect to the computer. This sometimes took several attempts. It also could not print usable images on photo paper and did not have the option when scanning to select a PDF file, it always defaulted to an image format, which then had to be converted to a PDF file for proper use. In the end it just stopped working and after a technical service call the issue was not resolved, I purchased another brand and donated the Canon printer. I would give the performance and useability of the unit a low-end fair rating.

it took a minute for us to get it set up. I still can't print from my phone for some reason. We bought it specifically to print photos and on the paper we have right now (everyday laser printer paper from HP) the photos aren't as nice as I had hoped. Maybe with photo paper they will look better.would I reccomend? I'm going to say no for now.

Ended up returning it. Set it up and printed a document but it is unreasonably LOUD. But, the printed document itself was excellent.

I love this lrinter so far. I can print from virtually anywhere which is a welcomed luxury. Print quality is clean with new ink runs or blotchiness. Definitely recommend.
