Exactly what we needed , easy to use and. Understand

The price was great for a laser printer. The disk and my downloads did not work for the installation but the Geek Squad came through so I could hook it to our ethernet. Will need to call them again since the manual does not make it clear how to get several pages into one document using the Scan feature. Printing is excellent and clear, good color and fast.

For the price this is one of the better printers we've come across. It does many of the same things more expensive printers do. We're glad we got it.

Absolutely amazing!! Prints quickly, clearly and has my spa running so much more efficiently! I haven’t even used all of the features yet and it’s already a life saver. Just do it.

The Canon MF654Cdw is awesome for small businesses. Setting it up is super easy, and the print quality is top-notch. It’s got a touchscreen that’s a breeze to use, so you won’t be fumbling around with buttons. Overall, it’s a solid choice for keeping your business running smoothly.

We use this as our household printer. It works very well and was easy to set up on our network. So much more convenient than the last inkjet we have had for years. Prints start immediately. No waiting for endless ink jet washings and priming, or clogging. We only print things occasionally, 90% of our ink was wasted on these maintenance tasks. Not any more!

Good printer for the money, cheap for a laser printer. Setup was sort of easy, still can’t figure out how to fix it so I don’t have to choose which paper every time

Easy to setup and connect to a wireless network. Print quality has been excellent so far.

The printer is perfect before I had old canon it was to old and find new software was impossible as it doesn’t support any more. This one has good support and functionality. I would recommend it.

Great printer and easy to set up. Colors are correct on heavy paper too! Luckily it was on sale because cartridge printers are a PITA (stop printing correctly) if you're not printing/using them regularly, which is why I was shopping for a new printer. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a nice laser printer like this one and not deal with lines or streaks or incorrect colors of a cartridge-style printer anymore!

Nice machine,BIG. First laser printer,no more Hp inkjet ripoff. Was very tricky to set up,"corded" or "cord-less". I have a desktop system with no "wiFi", so need cord. But i can print from my phone if you switch setting and restart printer. Works real smooth,prints color and B&W great. So far am very happy with purchase.

Had HP printers in the past and became frustrated with problems that developed, decided to give Canon a shot. For the time i purchased this printer, I am more than pleased with this printers functionality and quality. Hope it lasts and doesnt have the "bugs" i encountered with HP. So far so good !!!

Excellent printer. We had an Epson which was reasonably well reviewed but was just terrible and never connected over the internet. This printer has had no issues, is quick to print what we send to it, etc. excellent choice.

I bought this for my crafts and for when I have printing projects the color is perfect and it’s fast. Worth the investment.

Perfect printer. Super easy unpack and setup. It's the size and makes the noise of a printer. Not sure what others expected. Affordable and it works fine--copy, scan and print. Would buy this again.

this is a real good copier. The price is right. The prints are great

So this is a very nice printer when it works and setting it up was pretty easy. Unfortunately it has a nasty habit of refusing to print for no apparent reason and about the only way to get it to print is to unplug the power cord and then plug it back in. Initially it worked fine from one our devices but would fail about 80% of the time to print from another device (both laptops via wifi). Now a few months later it just won't print. Print queue says there is an error and too bad no printing for you! Update the firmware, unplug the power, no matter what you try it still will not consistently print and on any given job it will require 5 to 10 attempts to get one document to print. Beautiful crap.
