    Canon has made a nice upgrade/adjustment to the line of laser printers. This one is more compact and more intuitive to use and access information about the printer. Full featured and well worth the price.

    Bought this printer 1 month ago yesterday. Worked great for about 3 days when i started having issues with white spots on my prints. Spoke with Canon tech support but issue was not resolved. Canon's website suggested replacing toner cartridges. I went out and spent over $300 on new toner cartridges. Still having white spots. Got to looking inside and the transfer belt has tears in it for absolutely no reason. Very disappointed with Canon. Would not recommend.

    Excellent printer but a real headache to setup. Spent hours trying to get it to work. Finally broke down and had to call Geek Squad for help. Read other reviews complaining about this and it's true. Otherwise, great printer.

    I should have done better research. The things I found out after buying the printer do not make it a viable investment. 1. cannot print pictures 2. comes with CD for software "not good for lap-tops" 3. software hard to find on line 4. Printer cost to buy 400.00 cost replace toners 447.15(not XL)
