This is a great copier. The print speed is fast and quality is good. We love the scanning and print from your phone option. Set up not as easy for us older folks.

Easy setup, really like the network print ability and love the fact that I don't have to log in to a central server for my printer to work. Good performance so far. However scanning across the network has yet to be successful. No a huge issue but a bit inconvenient.

The print quality is very good. The setup is challenging. The scan setup is the most challenging. But, once I got it all working it is treat.

I love how smoth and easy with many functions this printer comes with, it was a bit complicated to set up, but once you finish its a great product

Print and scan quality was good. Network functionality is lacking. After trying for hours to set up the ability to scan to a network folder, I finally called tech support. It seems that this machine is not able to do that. Since that is one of the primary functions I need that machine to be able to do, I returned the printer.

Bought for our home office and it has been amazing. Prints fast and can easily do double sided. Toner is a little pricey but goes a long way.

This was the best investment Ive made in a while. Prints perfectly every time - both color and black and white. Fairly quiet.

So far this has been easy to install and use. Manual said additional drivers needed to be installed- this wasnt the case for us.

Working as needed now. I will update if anything changes.

I love it. It does what it claims. I gave up on an old HP that caused me to go through the reset cycle with every print job. It couldn't find the ink cartridge even though I was using an expensive HP cart. I also have another ink jet that has a continuing problem with clogged jets. I wish I had made the switch to laser much sooner. Also, the $100 off Memorial Day sale made this an even better deal.

Takes a while to print when it is supposed, error messages come up on the computer when printing have to turn off and back on. And bluetooth is not working.

Good value printer. Both color and B&W are clean copies.
