I love how the printer is working. When I did a large document that I needed printed, the printer performed perfectly.

I bought it to replace an inkjet at our church. So far, we haven't had any issues. I have a similar model in my home and I trust the brand.

Great value. Excellent print quality and features. We don't print a lot so we're still on the starter cartridges after a few months.

Good affordable printer, copier and scanner. Easy set up and easy to use. I've had good luck over the years with Cannon products.

I purchased this same unit (older model) in 2020. It had the worst connection to the internet I have ever seen. No matter if it was directly plugged into the modem or setup wirelessly. Flash forward 4 years later…I purchased this again hoping Canon would have made some major improvements…but nope. It can never be found from a wireless print option…it always has to be manually woke up, sometimes turned off and on…kinda defeats the purpose. It also makes a ton of noise before and after a print. Love the look…hate the functionality. Shame on you Canon.

This printer was flawless in setting up and works like a champ. Highly recommend for the price.

Fast printing. Easy to connect to wifi. Print quality not quite as crisp as i was expecting, but good enogh for mailing labels and documents.

This printer is okay. It's not worth the $400+ that I spent on it to see that the color of items is completely different when printed and the quality of the labels printed does not look professional. Not to mention the poor service that I received when purchasing this item from the store not by one person, but 3 reps. I was ignored by two reps who continued their conversation for more than 15 minutes in the same aisle that I was in. I walked over to the next aisle, which was where the video games were, and I was ignored by that rep as he continued to talk to another co-worker as well. I think they all assumed I was just there to look at items and not make a purchase. No, not me. You know what they say about assuming, But I digress- finally someone from the Geek Squad came over to assist me because he saw that I needed help. He kindly took this printer over to a register to have another person ring it out for me because he was unable to do so. She rang it out, and then went to get what I thought was someone to help carry it out because it weighs around 50 or more lbs., but no, she grabbed a cart and I had to take it out myself. Mind you I almost dropped it loading it in my truck. When I finally received the email later to write a review, I saw that the printer is now $299 unbelievable). Not only that, but this printer was not on my Best Buy account as a recent purchase. After logging on, I realized, none of my purchases have been since 2018. This means Apple watches, computers, cameras, TVs, and two other printers in addition to other items have not been added. WHY NOT! So, I have not been receiving any rewards?

performs as expected and Cannon quality. instructions clear have not needed to purchase ink yet.

We needed something that could do color and not have to worry about ink drying out in between. This has done exceptionally well for us. Only a slight knock on the manual bypass being a tad finicky detecting loaded paper but otherwise it's perfect
