Nothing but a nightmare!

The printer here works great! The issue is the scanner. I can scan from my phone through the app, but it won't scan from the Mac desktop. I have called Cannon support multiple times and just spent right under two hours on the phone troubleshooting, only to be told that this is an "Apple" problem and they have done everything they can on their end. I will be more than happy to change my review if someone can help, but for the price here. Been nothing but a pain for trying to be productive with work, etc

Printer - Good; Scanner - Failed (need to return)

I have scanned through support portal, manuals, help etc. with no avail, looks the protocols used by this printer for scanning and sending mails is deprecated and will not work at. I need to return this printer as it doesn't meet the committments.
