    The printing quality and speed is awesome as promised but half of the printers functionality around scanning DOES NOT WORK. I have scanned through support portal, manuals, help etc. with no avail, looks the protocols used by this printer for scanning and sending mails is deprecated and will not work at. I need to return this printer as it doesn't meet the committments.

    Canon has been my go-to for printers for the last 8 years -- These printers can be setup for super simple use, or you can enable RemoteUI for the most customized experience possible. Want to click three buttons and get 5 copies? Done. Want to configure the system so with 3 touches you've scanned to email and a file? Done. I've not had a paper jam yet, the supplies are SO much less expensive than inkjets, and I've only had to change the toner once in 3 years.

    A little bit more complicated than a standard printer to set up because the included manual and the online site to set up remote print has changed but I do enjoy that I won’t have to worry about ink drying up since it doesn’t use wet ink
