Nothing but a nightmare!

The printer here works great! The issue is the scanner. I can scan from my phone through the app, but it won't scan from the Mac desktop. I have called Cannon support multiple times and just spent right under two hours on the phone troubleshooting, only to be told that this is an "Apple" problem and they have done everything they can on their end. I will be more than happy to change my review if someone can help, but for the price here. Been nothing but a pain for trying to be productive with work, etc

We don’t print pictures or any like high quality pictures. Mainly used for office work. It works super smooth and the toner seems to last a very long time. Highly recommend. The only gripe would be that setting up the scan to email option is quite technical and requires a phone call to customer service. It was and easy phone call, but still a bit annoying that you have to do that.
