    Needed to get a new HP- but the new model was too difficult to get it on our wifi so I returned and got this one. I have 4 HP lasers, 2 brother laser and inkjet and a Canon Pro 100 large format. I hoped this would be amazing. It is not as great of a print as the HP laser desktops, and this machine- we have to turn off and on every time we change the paper out. I don't have time to figure out time- we just put up with it bc it DOES print once it gets happy. I love Printers- this one is the first one I have ever wanted to replay the "scene" from OFFICE SPACE. iykyk

    The printer is good, and the copy is fine. Setting up this machine is kind of hard. CD set up is provided, but I need to have a computer with a CD drive, which I do not have. No manual or direction included to set up and use the wifi function, scanning to a computer, or other needed setup. Very frustrated with the setup. Still not able to use all the functions available with the machine. No cable or USB provided to hook up to the computer; must buy separately since Wifi print is not able to set up.

    Pretty happy with the printer. It does seem to have some issues though when it goes to sleep, some of our mobile devices (seems to be iphones) cant see it while sleeping. I had to fix it by going into the service settings and disabling the sleep function. Worth it to find a printer that still allows 3rd party toner.
