    The cost of the ink is my only complaint but that is true of most printers. Also, customer service at Canon is very helpful.

    Almost a year of ownership and still impressed for home use. Still using the original toner. Feel like the touch panel could be filtered to be less complicated with business functions filtered out. I still agree that this was a good purchase for our home.

    It works as it should. There are many features I like. I use it on my network. I would really like to see a firmware update that allows me to change the names and settings of the scan profiles directly on the printer. Also allow more custom scanning profiles.

    This replaces an almost identical AIO that was misbehaving after about 6 years. The only thing I wish it had was double sided printing. Otherwise it's a great value.

    Good solid printer. Easy to unpack. Setting up software drivers was difficult in Win 11. Took a long time and a lot of Google searches to get it loaded up. Seeing a lot of warnings that you have to do it multiple times. Surprised that a printer that duplex prints cannot duplex scan. Disappointed that is not called out.
