great quality, speed not enough gor our job, but good for students and their homework

This has been a very nice printer. I do allot of printing for my business, and I love the large color cartridges so i don't have to change them often.

Set up took a few minutes….. but you had to follow the steps…. Like NOT hooking up the wired internet before setting up the wireless connection

This ink in this computer prints fine until you print more than five card stock color documents (not pictures) and then it starts to bleed over outside the printed area

Works fine. But BE AWARE this will NOT do two-sided scanning (duplex) unlike the similar Canon printer I replaced. And yeah, Japanese software, but it's a device so.

Plan on returning. The printer overheats constantly and pauses printing after 20 pages to cool down. Also, I had trouble finding toner anywhere except directly from Canon. I guess the 067 toner is rare and no one carries it in stock. When it's printing, it prints well, even front & back efficiently. However, between the overheating issue and the toner availability being an issue, I can only see I'll have issue with this printer going forward, so plan to take it back to Best Buy before my return window closes.

Very good printer. The instructions on both the setup guide and the online manual are TERRIBLE. Took hours to get it setup.

Printer works well. This is a good purchase price if you’re like me and don’t use a printer all the time, and your ink keeps drying up, the ink in this doesn’t dry up and should last for years.

Canon is not good with MF printer/scanner/fax machines. This one in particular, has iFAX capability since it doesn't have a phone port. The receive fax feature is SUPER picky as to what it'll receive and print... 2 weeks of fighting Canon's 1000 error messages and still can't receive a fax. The unit will go and check your email box where your fax resides, then give you an error about the attachment... i.e. Doesn't like PDF... TIFF... TXT... the size of the file, the format, the compression, the time of day, the weather... It's our second Canon and for the life of me I have no idea why Canon made this newer machine such a piece of crap... And I've been in I.T. for 30 years. I think, for those saying they like this unit, it's probably because they're using it as a simple printer/scanner... Which, even that was a pain to connect to WIFI as the printer kept ditching the DHCP address given to it and replacing it with a generic IP address. The work around was a static IP Address so the printer wouldn't keep changing it..... What Crapola!!

I have had a Canon Printer for over 20 years and have always been very happy. This machine has performed very well and will always buy Canon.

The printer works great the only think that is tricky is the touch screen. Not super easy to get it to select the proper settings and etc. Other than that it’s working great!

We haven't used the printer a lot but have been pleased so far with it's performance. The only real issue is we have found the replacement cartridges are costly.

I had a previous model and decided to purchase this model for the quality, features, and price. I am very satisfied with this product.

This printer is amazing. Absolutely love it. I have printer on so many different types of paper, including canvas paper. The toner cartridges are expensive but well worth it.

For what I need this printer for it's perfect. I can make labels and stickers.The copies look really good also. The scanner works perfect and the images come out great.

First, Android app always defaulted to a different size paper. Kept I'm timing out unless you remember every time to change the paper setting. This was very inconvenient. Secondly, could not get the remote scanning app to work on my desktop. Try Geek Squad, completely worthless. They were trying to work with it, connection disrupted and they never had the courtesy to call me back even though they had my phone number. I even called Canon tech support, they tried everything to solve the problem and they could not solve the problem. I give them a lot of credit for trying and working overtime, they had determined that it was a Microsoft driver interfering. Then I tried calling Microsoft that was to no avail very difficult to get a hold of. Wasted too much time, ended up returning the product. Learned my lesson that to use them Canon ever again. User unfriendly.

We really enjoy our new Canon printer. We were having WiFIi connection problems with our previous printer. Once the Canon was setup we haven't had any problems with our WiFi.

I use this for my office and it works great as a scanner and printer. The wi-fi printing is very convenient as has been working smoothly

Printer works great however I had to pay to have a member of the Geek Squad come out to get it to scan to my email address.

This is a perfect printer for all needs. We were up and running with wireless networking in all of 10 minutes.
