This printer is nearly perfect. The main issue is not with the printer itself but the app for scanning, etc. It's clunky and the built in windows app works better. But from a hardware perspective I'm very haply with this purchase.

Does what it does well. A printer for 399 USD that doesn't have two sided scanning available is insane, and nowhere did i see that information anywhere when i was purchasing this unit. It also does not have the option to print in reverse order, which everyone using QuickBooks knows can make our lives much better. I needed fax too, at least i can see there's no fax capability. this unit should have these features for this price point. $200 HP's have these Pros: Fast prints well Cons: no 2 sided scanner on document feeder no reverse print order option

The scanning quality and printing speed kind of low for a printer of such size.

A great printer for the price. Handles anything I throw at it. I wish the setup and instructions were a little easier though. Setting up email and I fax is a little unclear and had to call customer service. Other than that it’s all I could ask for.

I love Laser printers. And this really does print quality pictures. Only problem it is does not always print what you select. A lot of times just blank pages come out. Not really sure why

This is a great printer if you’re looking to upgrade your home office capabilities. I use it for printing professional looking line cards, product info, and brochures I share with clients.

It functions for printing, copying, scanning etc - it doesn't seem to allow for copying 2-sided to 2-sided, but does allow printing 2-sided. It's a bit noisy and not the fastest, but it gets the job done.

This is a capable and reliable printer for your home office or business. Connects seemlessly with your network and has had no problems with speed and response. My only wish would be a larger capacity for paper tray.

GOOD PRINTER FOR SCANNING TO EMAIL AND ALSO SCANNING FILES FAST!!!!

Learning to use it was not easy and I still have some concerns with using it, It would be nice to have a book with all of the instructions of how to control it. I recall in the good old days we got books of instructions with our equipment!

Awesome laser and the dings and whistles and bells , and must have alittle IT experience to setup . Setting up scan to email was a bit IT but it was easy after looking up scan to email for Canon Printers .

Replaced my HP laserjet all in one duplexing printer. I find the speed to be a bit slower than the HP. Print quality is great. Not happy with the very limited duplex options.

Great I don’t have to buy ink every other week like we did with other models

This is good for a home or office. The description is misleading for the fax line. However, there is a place for a line to be installed. Still trying to figure out if it copies double-sided documents.

Where do I start first issue is a known issue with paper jams. Bestbuy will put you in touch with Canon. After a few troubleshooting solutions fail they will send you a refurbished model. Unlike Bestbuy you won’t receive money back for an open box item. So the refurbished machine arrives and immediately have issues printing double sided copies. Im in the process of moving and don’t have time to deal with support again. Absolutely the worst printer I’ve ever purchased. When I get around to talking to support I will be asking for a refund. Ii was really excited when I purchased the printer boy was I wrong. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. No matter how low the price tag is avoid purchasing it. You can thank me later.

Great printer but scanning setup options is more difficult than HP printer I previously owned.
