Combination of scanner/copier with printer very helpful. Smooth operation. Doesn't jam like my old Brother used to.

Love the product. Despise the lack of owners manual in print, in the box. The online non help has yet to tell me all the basic stuff...

Works as intended. Easy to set up with a wired connection Never could get the wireless connection to work.

I thought this would be a great copier but the setup was extremely complicated, and I still can't get it to enlarge or reduce copies. The Canon website is way too complicated and is very hard to navigate. Several illustrations on how to correct a problem don't match this particular printer. I'm pretty knowledgeable on computers, but this model really needs someone with a degree in IT engineering to set up.

I previously owned a similar copier I lived it this one has all the gadgets including fax and scan. I am attending college and this coped does everything I need and more.

So far so good. It takes longer time to print paper tho. Not sure if it’s due to our wifi.

Was too much machine for my needs. It was meant for a med sized office not home office. Geek squad tech tecommended.

Took some time to set up & make compatible with the router but once that was completed all went well.

When prom comes out noise comes out and after print paper like more then 10 second some noise comes Out also best buy not match price reduce after I order best buy.com and price reduce $50 in days they excu say if you used Creditcard point rewards not eligible but in webside does say like Its rediculas

works great. had to call canon customer service to help get it set up as it is not very intuitive. But once set up it has been great

This is one of the best all in ones that i have had. I have had several all in ones and this one saves me a great deal.of time in the two sided print. Love it

Liking the new printer scanner. Easily comnext via bluetooth. I can even print from phone. Works for everything I need it to.

Extremely noisy and slow. Does not run as smoothly as Brother MFC printers.

I am loving my new printer. It prints so quietly. I even printed from my phone!

Still havent gotten it hooked ip..not great instructions. But i love all of Canon products..

I would not recommend this printer to anyone that I know. I had to return two of them before getting one that actually functioned. First one crapped ink all over office upon setup, 2nd wouldn't connect to anything. Current one is a major PITA to operate, almost as if you need a degree in computer programming to navigate menus. Cannon support is garbage, save yourself the headache. I'm tech oriented and this machine racks my nerves. Oh yeah, don't try to print if you get down to 20% - you'll need new toner which cost more than the machine! It's been nearly a year and I'll be looking into making this a paperweight pretty soon. Pathetic.

The quality was great but the toner was out much sooner than I expected, now I have to pay as much as a brand new printer to get new toners . Must be Canon toners the most expensive ones to save the warranty

Still having trouble getting the scanner to work which is one of the main reasons for my purchase, the printer & copier work great. Disappointing for such a well known brand. I have owned all in one printer ter, scanner, copier, fax machines before and the set was was better, didn't need help. I'm sure once I get that set up I'll be satisfied.
