Have always used a HP printer but because I need a certain size for a printer I chose a Canon and it seems to be fine and does work as good as the HP printer.

Great printer, haven’t used it to it’s full capabilities yet. Sucks that Best Buy lowered the price by $100 shortly after I purchased, but I didn’t notice it in time.

Good overall printer scanner and copier. I had another one before this that I used for 6 years

It works...most of the time for a PC. If you have an Apple product, forget it! My apple products most of the time do not wake it from sleep so you have to press the home button to get it to print. I had to get a different printer just for my apple products.

Sometimes it will print. Sometimes it throws an error. Sometimes it acts like it will print, but nothing happens. I have one file that will only print the first half, the second half will not print even if I select the pages individually. Sometimes I can get a file to print if I open it in the Canon Business print, select preview, wait for the preview, and then tell it to print, but that same file will not print from any other app and will not print if the preview is not generated first. Other files will print from thier native apps just fine but not with the Canon Business App. Always need to make sure that you leave yourself an hour of free time to print your file so that you can find the way the printer will like to be asked to do its job.

Transitioned to a laser printer from an ink jet. Tired of having the ink cartridges drying up. So far so good!!

Does every job I need and I love it in my compact home office space, definitely a recommend

Purchased this to replace our ink jet printer. We do not use the printer a lot and the ink jet inks kept drying out.

MP tray is frustrating at best....feeds one sheet at a time....and gets stuck 'waiting' for minutes on end. If you plan to print using the MP tray, keep looking. Would have returned, but missed the window.

Good printer for the price and works great if you have it connected directly to your pc/laptop. However, the wireless set, scanning to email, or anything wireless is such a pain. I had to watch so many youtube videos and figure out wire scan to google email was always giving me an error. It’s not an easy set up and if you’re not good with technology, then don’t buy it. I have everything wirelessly set up, but every once in a while I will get an error printing b/c it’ll tell me to load tray 1 when I have paper loaded. I also have all my printer settings correct and I have to reset the printer for it to print. You get what you pay for and I pay a little more for a better wireless all in one laser printer.

Works very efficiently. Has everything one would want . Not too large for a small office area. Would highly recommend.

This printer was a complete fail. Immediately after setup it had continuous WIFI connection problems. No matter of resetting, tweaking settings, etc would fix the networking problems. After searching online I then learned that Canon printers of this model range have known and common network connection problems, which have gone on for YEARS without any fix provided by Canon. I was going to return the printer and thought I'd give it one more "turn it off and on" (like searching for a lost item in the same location multiple times... ugh) and to add icing to the cake this printer WOULD NOT TURN ON. Just... nope. Nothing. Dead! Would not turn on no matter what I did. Brand new and it just died! Avoid this Canon printer like the plague. I have since bought the Brother MFC-L3780CDW color laser printer and it works great. A bit more expensive but it's solid and reliable. No network issues with this Brother printer.

Printer works OK, but I found the user manuals very difficult to work with and was poorly layout. Could not find a pdf for the 654 online that could be printed.

It took a bit to figure out (Operator error) I recommend this Color Laser Printer to any small business.

Printer can easily print copies, but no instruction how to print connected to internet. It does not come with a booklet to walk through the process.

Awesome product. No more empty wet ink containers, the dry “ink” last for a long time and doesn’t dry out!
