Too much machine for home office

Setup way too complicated

The Canon website is way too complicated and is very hard to navigate. Several illustrations on how to correct a problem don't match this particular printer. I'm pretty knowledgeable on computers, but this model really needs someone with a degree in IT engineering to set up.

Heat causes smears using card stock

Doesn't Do Two-Sided One-Pass Scanning

Disappointed!

Disappointing for such a well known brand. I have owned all in one printer ter, scanner, copier, fax machines before and the set was was better, didn't need help. I'm sure once I get that set up I'll be satisfied.
