I would not recommend this printer to anyone that I know. I had to return two of them before getting one that actually functioned. First one crapped ink all over office upon setup, 2nd wouldn't connect to anything. Current one is a major PITA to operate, almost as if you need a degree in computer programming to navigate menus. Cannon support is garbage, save yourself the headache. I'm tech oriented and this machine racks my nerves. Oh yeah, don't try to print if you get down to 20% - you'll need new toner which cost more than the machine! It's been nearly a year and I'll be looking into making this a paperweight pretty soon. Pathetic.

Transitioned to a laser printer from an ink jet. Tired of having the ink cartridges drying up. So far so good!!

Purchased this to replace our ink jet printer. We do not use the printer a lot and the ink jet inks kept drying out.

Sometimes it will print. Sometimes it throws an error. Sometimes it acts like it will print, but nothing happens. I have one file that will only print the first half, the second half will not print even if I select the pages individually. Sometimes I can get a file to print if I open it in the Canon Business print, select preview, wait for the preview, and then tell it to print, but that same file will not print from any other app and will not print if the preview is not generated first. Other files will print from thier native apps just fine but not with the Canon Business App. Always need to make sure that you leave yourself an hour of free time to print your file so that you can find the way the printer will like to be asked to do its job.

Does every job I need and I love it in my compact home office space, definitely a recommend

When prom comes out noise comes out and after print paper like more then 10 second some noise comes Out also best buy not match price reduce after I order best buy.com and price reduce $50 in days they excu say if you used Creditcard point rewards not eligible but in webside does say like Its rediculas

Good printer for the price and works great if you have it connected directly to your pc/laptop. However, the wireless set, scanning to email, or anything wireless is such a pain. I had to watch so many youtube videos and figure out wire scan to google email was always giving me an error. It’s not an easy set up and if you’re not good with technology, then don’t buy it. I have everything wirelessly set up, but every once in a while I will get an error printing b/c it’ll tell me to load tray 1 when I have paper loaded. I also have all my printer settings correct and I have to reset the printer for it to print. You get what you pay for and I pay a little more for a better wireless all in one laser printer.

Works very efficiently. Has everything one would want . Not too large for a small office area. Would highly recommend.

I spent 45 minutes trying to give a very honest and detailed review of this purchase, but it keeps getting rejected for inappropriate language. I tried and tried to comply with something I didn't know was wrong. So I don't recommend this product at all, its software is impossible to set up.

Printer works OK, but I found the user manuals very difficult to work with and was poorly layout. Could not find a pdf for the 654 online that could be printed.

Printer can easily print copies, but no instruction how to print connected to internet. It does not come with a booklet to walk through the process.

It took a bit to figure out (Operator error) I recommend this Color Laser Printer to any small business.

Awesome product. No more empty wet ink containers, the dry “ink” last for a long time and doesn’t dry out!
