This prodcuct is great, work for heavy duty. Only thing difficult is setup for scan/print send to email.

First, Android app always defaulted to a different size paper. Kept I'm timing out unless you remember every time to change the paper setting. This was very inconvenient. Secondly, could not get the remote scanning app to work on my desktop. Try Geek Squad, completely worthless. They were trying to work with it, connection disrupted and they never had the courtesy to call me back even though they had my phone number. I even called Canon tech support, they tried everything to solve the problem and they could not solve the problem. I give them a lot of credit for trying and working overtime, they had determined that it was a Microsoft driver interfering. Then I tried calling Microsoft that was to no avail very difficult to get a hold of. Wasted too much time, ended up returning the product. Learned my lesson that to use them Canon ever again. User unfriendly.

Good value for your money. Recently purchased it and it was performing pretty well. The scanner’s image quality is top class.

Great copier for a small business. I run between 50-100 copies a day. I have never had a paper jam.

This printer was a complete fail. Immediately after setup it had continuous WIFI connection problems. No matter of resetting, tweaking settings, etc would fix the networking problems. After searching online I then learned that Canon printers of this model range have known and common network connection problems, which have gone on for YEARS without any fix provided by Canon. I was going to return the printer and thought I'd give it one more "turn it off and on" (like searching for a lost item in the same location multiple times... ugh) and to add icing to the cake this printer WOULD NOT TURN ON. Just... nope. Nothing. Dead! Would not turn on no matter what I did. Brand new and it just died! Avoid this Canon printer like the plague. I have since bought the Brother MFC-L3780CDW color laser printer and it works great. A bit more expensive but it's solid and reliable. No network issues with this Brother printer.

Works Every time scan, print or share. Can't think of a better choice for my home needs

My HP wasn’t working so I purchased this cannon. I have always been an HP guy but the cannon printer is most likely my favorite now.

This was a perfect replacement for an aging ink jet printer that was always "dry" when I needed it the most.

This printer works fine but there are two problems: 1) noisy; 2) slow.

Love my new Canon Copier it’s was real easy to set up the scanner is wonderful and great color images.
