Did not meet expectations on print time or ink longevity.

Buyers beware this is a terrible product. Every other print requires to load paper and settings are terrible. Runs slow ive to turn off and on to gwt it working

This is the most frustrating printer. It is so temperamental. Don't you dare buy "counterfeit" ink cartridges (not OEM), it will never work without screaming at you. Connectivity is challenging. Sometimes you ask it to print and it just makes noise then stops. We have to "fix" this printer more than we get use out of it. Avoid it.

This is the worst product. Nothing works. There is no drivers for this product.

The Geek Squad was unable to get this printer to scan a document and send it by email. I tried to get this printer to do this , I couldn’t, I called Best Buy and their people couldn’t do this either

Had this printer for about a year. Stopped printing correctly in that time. Tried everything to fix. Looked online and was horrified to see that many people have had issues with this class of printer from Canon. Never again. Went right into the trash. Ashamed I thought Canon would do the job right.

I HATE it waiting for my salesman to get back from vacation to seap it for a FRIENDLY one. Wouldn't recommend to Anyone. It belongs in an Business Office, Not home use. IT SUCKS

I bought a printer in store on 2/9/2024, on trying to buy the toner, was told they don't make that type anymore. So why did Best Buy sell it to me knowing well that I won't be able to buy the toner?

Far too heavy to handle except for young men who are shape. Returned to Best Buy unopened.

Paper jam first or 2nd copy attempt. Called for service had about weeks wait, on service call, could not unjam, and now have to get replace cop, as what was recommended by service was not in stock, and have to wait for printer to arrive as not in stock.

The printer doesn't recognize my wifi password, even though my three computers are fine with it. I got the printer on my guest wifi, but then can't get the driver to download to my computer, neither by internet link nor the included disc. I should've bought an HP.

I got this because it was on sale. I should have checked the toner prices beforehand. Even the knockoff toner is close to $200. Do yourself a favor and get a Brother. Toner can be had for under $100 for a whole set.

Priced point for a wireless color laser AIO was great. When I printed in B&W, it was fine. When I printed in color, it was off...like way off. I tried every troubleshooting technique in the manual and online. Nothing worked. Returned after a few days.

This is one of the worst purchases I made. The manual is in 10 different languages on how to remove stickers and plug in only. Doesn't show how to setup the scanner/printer or any other functions. Canon doesn't even show this item on their website.

This unit will not stay on so in order to print anything, we must be next to the unit to press buttons. If this continues, I will return the unit and buy an HP reliable printer.

Gave error E004-0000 and will not recover. cannon support is terrible

The printer mostly works….but airprint doesnt work 90% of the time. The printer goes into a sleep mode and in that mode airprint won’t work. You have to wake the printer up and then iOS can see it again. Kinda defeats the purpose of airprint.

this thing is always in sleep mode and I have to alway go to where I have it and wake it up. I might as well turn it off. it will not scan or print while in sleep mode. I should of stuck with Brothers, I tried something new and I hate this printer

Horrible printer that lost connection with wireless completely after only 3 months. While it was working, everything was fine. But you don't want to waste your money on a printer lasting only 3 months. RIP.

This printer is terrible. The drivers won’t install, and it cannot scan wirelessly to a computer—only wireless printing works. Tech support is impossible to reach, and no one seems to care. Would not recommend.
