Haven't used all the features yet, but basic copying and scanning seems to work fine. I haven't used the "iFax" feature yet, but it would have been nice to be able to connect it to a telephone line and do an ordinary fax. The online user manual and the symbols on the back of the machine are deceptive in that they show telephone jacks, but when you open up the small panel in the rear, there are no jacks - just an empty cavern.

It does begin printing within 10 seconds of my sending a print request. The colors printed are accurate and vibrant. I would make this purchase again if I needed a printer.

Solid choice, lots of value

The user interface and networking capabilities of this machine are not as easy to configure and use. However, the price savings over the HP makes it worth the extra time to configure. Wireless printing from a phone to the printer is easy!

Great Home Office All-In-One Printer

My only complaint was I had an extra part with no explanation in setup guide and not covered in the manual. Had to find on line that it covers the paper tray when you use 8.5 x 14 inch paper.

The instruction manual and operations are somewhat "vague" and trying to connect a phone/internet/router is confusing. Need to be simple, clear and unambiguous in some of the operating instructions.
