Great Purchase

Dont waste your money

Not, quickly ran out of toner. When the cartridge was replaced it was not recognized. Bought another cartridge and that seemed to be ok although the printer said it was out of paper even with paper in the trays. Tried to get support and register the product on the Canon website but cutting and pasting the exact model was not recognized. This printer is useless and very poor quality, Very sparce utilities for diagnoising the problem. Poor to little support from canon.

Big machine. Worth every penny

Printer is always offline and needs to be woken up

This is a persistent issue despite IPV4 settings being adjusted. Bestbuy won’t help even when it’s under warranty and asked to check with Canon. I wish I never bought this horrible printer.

Returned after very frustrating experience.

GeekSquad was unfortunately not helpful at all. I spent an hour on hold twice for Canon support. I will never again consider buying a Canon printer. I returned this and bought a Brother and had no trouble getting it connected to my network.
