Very nice color laser all in one. Bought it for Air Print, and it works as advertised! Fast first print speed and excellent quality of prints. Even did a good job on an old scanned photo printed on glossy photo paper. Pretty good for a laser.

Our new Canon Fax totally meets our needs. It’s a miracle unit! It is a quick fax, great printer and perfect scanner. Also easy to operate. Our service tech, David, worked with us until he knew the fax we had would do exactly what we needed. He was very personable, helpful and went the extra mile to please us. Hats off to Best Buy for keeping such a fantastic employee for so many years and offering a great fax. We will definitely return.

Printing is fine, scanning had some issues with misaligning when it pulls documents in from the top. Easy software setup, solid build, controls on the touchscreen could use some improvement. Sometimes touches arent responsive and won’t detect pushes.

I was in need of a faster printer/scanner for my home office. After lot of research I went for this one. Even though there are some network related issues when connecting it wirelessly, it serves the purpose. The print and scan are much faster.It is a great purchase.

The copier is wonderful. Easy to operate and you get excellent copies. The size of the copier is also perfect.

We bought this because we print infrequently enough that ink jet printer cartridges kept drying out on us. Then, along came home quarantine and printing lots of school assignments from home. This printer has been great! The wireless printing (including initial setup) has been seamless. We haven't used the scanner (why bother since I can scan to pdf on my phone and save it digitally, which I can print later!). Overall, really great printer for us!

We splurged a little bit for this printer, but between my two children's needs for school and working from home for both my wife and I, this has been incredible. Does everything and more that you would need. Easy to set up. Easy to connect with Mac or PC (we use both). And can handle multiple jobs being sent to it. Absolutely love it.

I like the printer very much. It was easy to set up. It scans and prints very well. It is very large however.

The print quality is great but I don't like the fact that I have to look online for the user-manual. The manual is not that great in the first place. Some of the features are difficult to use as well. Other than that, the printer works well.

Printer arrived undamaged and sooner than expected so that's a good start. Set it up via the touch screen to start with and connect it to my wifi. Then was able to install the software for my macbook and it connected without fuss. Printing is fast and the colors are crisp. Duplex printing is also a nice feature to save paper. Haven't used scanning other than for initial calibration, but that went fine as well. Solid printer so far.

Printer was easy to set up and use. Superfast printing and wireless printing is excellent.

Quick setup. Great quality printing. Great saving on consumables replacing ink jet with toners.

Got the printer on a great sale. Replaced an old monochrome Canon MF that we had been happy with for years mostly because we wanted color. Very happy with the easy setup. The printer is heavy but they make the box such that you (and a lift partner maybe, it's 60 some pounds) can get it out easy enough. Network settings navigation is very quick. It's been seamless on USB as well. I hope this lasts as long and with as little trouble as the last.

I replaced my Brothers Laser printer with the Canon - imageCLASS MF743Cdw wireless color all-in -one printer...WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It was somewhat difficult to configure wirelessly, but once this was done it is very fast.

The touchscreen interface if pretty intuative, okay, sometimes it is trial and error. But it works nicely so far. I haven't had any connectivity issues, but I am using it as a network printer versus wireless. It prints color pages lightning fast and B/W even faster. One downside is the paper tray only holds 250 pages (you can get a second larger tray but it will make the unit taller.) Again, I'm happy with the performance of my first Canon printer.
