Love it, 3rd one of series. No regrets. Would buy again in the future.

I bought this online during the pandemic to help with schoolwork for my sons. The printer itself is relatively fine. However, it's huge. I wish I had been able to shop in person and pick a smaller laser printer.

Out of the box, a super great printer, fax, scanner,...! It just wowed me. My old Dell was tired & loaded with backed up toner all over. After lots of searching, the Canon is set up & running. Fast, Clean, Clear All functions are spot on! We are a small biz. not home user.

The canon printer is quick and does a good job. I had to adjust the coloring a little but worked it out with a little help from tech support. The quality is good.

I love this printer. It's easy to use and is very fast.

Good printer, but too much "printer" for our intentions. We were looking for a printer that feeds legal size paper from a tray. This met that requirement, but is too heavy (we had to have someone bring it up to office on second floor) and I'm not convinced that a printer which could be used in a professional office is what we needed. Disappointed with staff who suggested printer to us. Also, Geek Squad had to visit twice before printer was up and running. Scanning feature was not "activated" since first "technician" spent hours trying to get it to print and failed. Second technician got printer up and running in 15 minutes; but we get the scan set up then.

Setup took a while as the instructions are thin. Finally, got it set up. Printer does 2-sided copying, printing and scanning. I have never been able to set up the scan to my EMail. This is a replacement for a Canon that was about 7 yrs old. Prior printer was great so no hesitancy about purchasing this one and we haven't been disappointed.

We had a printer almost like this just a few numbers off of the model number. It lasted 3 years and transfer roller went out. This is the only printer I could find to purchase that was available. It prints VERY LIGHT but prints every time. I would recommend this printer for reliability.

Just awesome! Great quality and intuitive! Works flawlessly w pc or iPad.

This has turned out to be a great copier. Due to a printer shortage, we were unable to replace our same printer so decided on this Canon model. We are very pleased with the quality of the copies. Only disappointment is not being able to email copies like we could with our old copier, but in all fairness, we might still be learning and it does email!

A lot better than a disposable inkjet where I waste half the money on ink, and the other half on clearing ink clogs. The little dust panel to hide legal size paper could be better designed, I suppose. Works fine with my Windows and Linux (Ubuntu 20) over wifi, stepping through setup was a teeny bit awkward (not complex, just a lot of screens), and it has far more enterprise-y features than I need for my home office, but it's a heck of a lot better than (option-wise) than the B/W only semi-disposable laser printers, or their inkjet compatriots, hopefully it'll serve me for more years with less clogging, and endless frustrations.

Once of the best quality color laser printers I've seen. Got this for the office, and bought a second for the home office. The photos this thing produces are the best I've seen out of a color laser, and rivals most ink jet printers. Toner can get a little pricey, but I needed a printer that printed the best color and images.

Love that this laser printer is WIFI enabled and can do everything including color printing, scanning, faxing, etc. The ink does print lighter than most inkjet printers but I love that as had normally used a draft quality printing previously with inkjet printers. This printer is great for business and personal use. And what a great price I paid for it at Best Buy!

When it’s awake it is great but it goes to sleep so frequently and it will not wake up on its own. You have to physically go to it and wake it up.

My Printer has constantly had problems printing. Sometimes it says out of paper when it is not out of Paper. More often than not I can not print with it. I am now having major issues again and will have to send the Printer back. PROS: Canon support has been very helpful every time but now agrees that the printer needs to be returned so hopefully it is just this particular one that has an issue.

It’s taken me to long to decide on a printer. I was stuck and the fact that this is described for small business yes. It should include for the home use it was worth spending the extra money. It’s not that extra when you think how many times that you have replaced your home printer. This is a great product.
