Great machine and in-store pricing was comparable to internet ordering. The real test is how well a full feature product performs over a long period of time; having all your eggs in one basket can be a bit of a risk! The included setup instructions were very basic and aren't worth a darn to help you anything other than take it out of the box and plug it in. Then the on-line instructions were a little more helpful...but...if you really want to know how to use the scan to email and other tech benefits of this machine you have to turn to youtube videos for help! What bozo selling such a high end machine would allow that to happen? If I would have paid what canon wants for it, I'd have sent it back for a full refund out of total disgust for the lack of user instructions!!!

This printer makes beautiful colors, sharp and clean letters, and is extremely fast. Black letters print in high contrast dark black. Colors are deep and pure. No smudges like one you get from inkjet.

have only had this printer for a couple weeks, but love it. easiest printer I have ever set up, 3 computers all loaded with the drivers and effortlessly printing within an hour

I like all of the features of this printer/copier/scanner. It is very fast. The only problem I have had is my inability to link my computer to the scanner. I like it so far it works well.

Great printer, a little much then what I really needed it to do. However, more never hurts. Printer has no issue, I've had it for a couple months now. Still learning what it can do.

My Canon-imageCLASS M<F743Cdw Wireless Color All-In-One laser printer is very functional for my needs. I love the ease of using it.

This printer is pretty fast and very responsive. Sometimes, it's seems to start printing before I even click the button. It has many top-level options and the print quality is spot on.

It was exceedingly difficult to install the Canon printer driver on my MacBook laptop--far more difficult than previous HP installations. The user interface was far from intuitive. Three drivers were available, all of which were labelled "optional." There were none labeled "recommended" or "standard" or something of that sort. In the end we ended up installing the three "optional" drivers, and this has worked. But an hour or two of time was wasted. We haven't yet used the printer enough to comment on its function, just enough to say the print quality is fine. And the scanning function is very easy to use.

If you are going to buy this printer, just understand that it is designed for you to be calling a technician all the time for numerous printing problems. Personally, i regret buying this product.

Great printer for busy real estate office. Fast, high quality printing. Good display. But, difficult set up. Not plug and go, took a few days and some tech help to talk to our devices.

Easy setup. Functioning well. Design seems to be well thought out.

Great tool, I’m super happy with the printer, it works very fast. Professional ink and ability to scan. Software is very simple. This is the second time I buy this model.

Enough said in the summary. I can set up printing easily from a Mac, iPad or iPhone. For printing text/copies, it is fantastic. Setup is quite easy w/ these Apple devices. Two qualms: 1. wish the document feeder handled large quantities of paper with less error when making copies 2. Canon has improved it a degree, but the printer’s screen interface is still quite obtuse.

1st time owning a laser jet printer and it's been a great experience with this canon. Fast copys, prints and fax. The quality is great as well. A 5 star printer.

Needed a printer for the home office. This is a good all-in-one printer.

This is a great laser printer easy to use. But sometime you have to push the home button to take the printer out of sleep mode to print when i am in the next room on my IPad or Phone otherwise it is great

For anything other than a professional level image print shop, this printer is perfect. Lighting fast, great longevity of the toner, and great print quality for mono and color. Love it!

The print quality is superb, however, the ink is extremely costly on this.
