The Canon was easy to set up, I had one question, called Canon tech support, call was quickly answered. I was given an easy to understand explanation.

this is a very good home office printer. My only issue with it the day after receiving it, I was sent an email say its now $100 bucks less if I still wanted to buy it. Just not cool.

The printer does an amazing job at printing images and letters. Easy to use with a touchscreen panel. Better then the brother printer I had. I recommend this printer to anyone.

I've had this printer now 2/3 months. Nothing spectacular I had an inkjet HP and I simply loved it. I had to change it because a part broke and it is discontinued, this cannon is slow the functions are different and nothing just Whewwww about it. But as a teacher and a student during this pandemic we print ALOT! And the toner is out of this world expensive.

Bought as a gift for my daughter,we have one exactly like this one ( thats why we bought it) works exactly the way its intended

When it works it’s perfect. OSX compatibility seems hit and miss. Every other time I try to use the printer I end up needing to delete the printer in OSX and re add it. Not sure what the underlying issue is yet. Overall though I’m very pleased.

This is a feature rich printer, two sided high capacity printing. Fast too

Without a doubt in a good printer, but I thought that I would get some exceptional color images. Trusting the prestige of Canon I opted for this printer but the color images are not faithful to the copies or when printed directly through the computer. I have tried to adjust the quality of printing to the maximum through the tools provided by the software, but I have not yet achieved it.

Great printer. Easy to set up and use. Did need my It guy to help set up file for scanning on my computer, but that was all. Not the printer’s fault!

This was an additional printer for our Home business. It is very easy to operate. The instructions were a little bit vague, but using the online tutorial helped.

The printer is awesome! I was hesitant to spend that much on a printer but I have been nothing but pleased with it! It was totally worth spending the money on!

I like this one better than the one I had. It is so easy to change toner. It give excellent copies Well worth the money Only problem is the toner cost more than the printer

The toner is light when printing, which is odd. The scanner function isn’t working properly and I can’t figure out why, even though I look up YouTube videos about it. I have had to reinstall it on my computer several times and it isn’t apparent why this keeps happening. So-so is my rating, as the ease of use is not there.

It took me only 15 minutes to get everything setup. Very fast network printing and scanning. It did take me a while to figure out how to turn double sided printing off
