Much better than the previous model. My previous Canon decided it would self-destruct. The interface is similar, and it was a easy setup for my small business

Works good so far. It was surprisingly easy to set up. I was quite worried that I would take all day setting this thing up but it only took a few minutes. It works pretty good

Good quality printer. Sometimes WIFI connection gets lost so we connected a ethernet wire to print. Overall extremely fast and colors are on point.

I can't begin to talk about how much I absolutely LOVE this printer! There are so many features that this monster of a unit does, that I cant begin to list them all. I was a little concerned from reading prior reviews about the initial setup and issues people were having but I can honestly say that I had absolutely zero issues with the connecting it to my network. The only issue I had with this printer was finding a good table that would fit it! I am impressed with the quality of the toner cartridges and how fast it prints, and how easy it was to setup. Well worth the money spent.

This is a great printer for home office - It works perfectly with Chromebooks and other mobile devices. I can scan to print directly from my iPhone using the Canon PRINT Business app. Only downside is that choosing options on the touchscreen for scanning, etc. is a bit tricky. This replaced another Canon laser that had worked reliably for over 8 years, but didn't have all the mobile device features our family needed. I like the higher capacity toner cartridges of the new printer. This is solidly built and I expect similar long-term reliability.

This printer is the jack of all trades. It does the job well for the price point I purchased. The print quality is good and the scan quality is also great.

As of today the machine has operated flawlessly. No-one knows what the future holds but Canon machines, from my perspective have very few problems.

I bought this to help with working from home and it is doing a terrific job for me. The quality of the copies as well as the scanner was great. Its a beast!
