Junk. Check replacement toner cost before buying.

Canon's "warranty" service was to send me a different model that was incompatible with the $600 worth of toner I had and the $200 500 sheet paper cassette I bought. The replacement printer also had no toner in it, so it will cost me $400 to get it running. Would never by a Canon product again. Don't get me started on firmware updates.

Nice printer, hard to set up to work stations

We had to call in Geek squad to get it set up however. it was very challenging to set up. The directions, disk etc made it very impossible for "common person"... not GEEK!

Best Buy get Kudos. Printer Maybe, depends on you

Firat one had to be replaced (not a problem, the process is easy) unless you don't have help or the ability to move it. Buy the process was easy. The ink is expensive but it is worth it compared to inkjets. now i have a constant paper jam problem and no one to help/i know what I'm doing and got the first couple out (fanned, not most, etc stack of properly proportioned regular copier paper, not heavy or cheap extra light). I'm hoping the tech squad wont cost anything with that i keep buying the support with plans and never get to it before the yr long expiration - its worth it though if you'll be purchasing tech. as for the printer. too many problems too soon. i know it has a high rating and i pd about 1/2 reg price. i can't remember if refurb or not. tech call me and save me. ill never remember to call. too much going on- oh lots of network problems cant get it to stay even if we put it right outside a number .. 3 diigts past decimal for location. yes best buy save me
