Great. A little difficult to set up. Still don't have all the functions up and running. Canon tech help said to ignore the instructions that came packed with the unit.

This is a wonderful printer from Canon that even idiots like me can use all the options that this printer has. Print, copy, scan and fax, I use them all and it's easy!. Doesn't have paper jams using only standard copy paper, at least not yet :) I would certainly recommend this Canon Printer.

It has NFC, Scan to Email, easy wifi setup. Menus unclear (Rx, Tx ??) Online UI not explained yet necessary. No warning that Photo Paper can damage it. Good phone support.

I works OK. The toner is rediculously expensive and it came with a "starter" toner pack that promptly ran out. There was no real software package for scanning a the color printing is Poor, with lines and poor quality. For what I paid for it it's junk. My last laser black and white cannon printer was way better and much cheaper to operate. Maybe that's why they blew them out on black Friday sales. Ii wouldn't buy it again, that's for sure. I should have listened to the reviews.

Love, love, love this printer. Setup was a breeze. Have been using almost daily. Printer came with full cartridges. It is very heavy so be careful if you are picking it up alone...have a low table to place it on. If I had to make on slight critical comment, sometime documents scan too light and adjustment is required.

It's one of the best purchase, the Canon does everything i needed it to and beyond. Especially the feeder scan with double side feature! amazing especially when home office (during Covid-19 lock down)! So glad i bought it even I didn't use it often enough before the lock down, i appreciate it so much when lock down happened!

Ended up returning this Canon all-in-one. First of all, it's HUGE!! 2nd, it's complicated to set up. And, the user experience was the final straw in my decision to return it. The copier/printer is SLOW. I replaced it with a comparable HP product. The HP is much smaller, simpler to set up are is a much faster copier/printer.

Excellent printer quality. Double sided saves paper.

I purchase this printer as a second Office printer. Setup was easy however when using the scanning function pages sometimes aren't feed through properly.
