    I love this printer. It was a bit frustrating to set up; but, I called Canon and they walked me right through it. It is perfect for a small office.

    My first laser printer. It was on sale at BestBuy so I purchased it. Way more than I needed but I am impressed with it. Many features.

    I've had this product before but different model(smaller). The print quality black and white and colored is very faded. This is with the factory toner. That is my biggest disappointment. Unable to change settings to improve. Maybe the toner is bad but this is what came with the equipment.

    Great printer does everything I need. Occasionally I have to re-sync my wireless which can be annoying. Did the firmware update on the printer and screen went blank. Warranty was great because they covered it but bad timing as I'm in the middle of tax season.

    Canon has really stepped up the printer game from the previous years. 3 year warranty and cost per page is much better than HP.

    Great printer ink is kind of expensive up front but it lasts along time and I find myself not having to go to the store to get ink multiple times.
