Had a little trouble getting the printer to print from tray one. But went to Cannon website and downloaded the driver from their site and it works great now.

Printer will allow me to do more crafts. However I did not realize how much the refills on ink were going to be. I am on disability income and I cannot afford the ink.

Ink dried up in my old printer so this time I went with the laser so that cant happen again. this printer works great but the user interface is cumbersome

So far this printer (MF) has performed well. Haven't used anything but the printing capability. But I expect all will be as I expect.

Excellent quality prints. The size is large, so you’ll need a decent sized desk to put it on. Item arrived on time and is very sturdy.

I love the printer it does everything I need. The only had part was setting up scan to email. It’s working now but was hard to set up

I bought this printer for a small construction site trailer and got it especially for 11x17 drawings. 8.5x11 has no problem printing but the 11x17 is not working correctly. I have yet to find a fix to why it won’t fill the entire 11x17 page yet.

We needed a laser printer since we are working from home. The scanner, printer and copier is an upgrade from our previous desktop printer.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I've had this printer for a little while now and it's never worked well for me so it's been such a large waste of money. I thought I was investing in something of value for my small business but it's just let me down completely. I bought a laser printer for the first time because I wanted quality images and shipping labels that didn't smudge and I thought that was the point of laser instead of ink. I was dead wrong. Everything I print including my shipping labels ESPECIALLY smudge so bad and any dark part of the page gets transfered onto other parts of the paper so most of the time I have to try a couple times to print a scannable shipping label. Also even when I have ink loaded, it doesn't print the color I want, it's usually a very lighter blue than what is on my computer for example. Wouldn't reccomend.

The set up was easy and it only tool around 30 minutes. The unpacking took most of time. I have it with wireless connection which works great.

Ordered online, had it shipped to the house. Very smooth. Setting up this printer not so easy. You need to have a degree. Still can’t scan to email. Very frustrating..

I am so unbelievably frustrated with this printer. First attempt at an imageclass and I accidentally bought a black and white version. Immediately returned. This is my second attempted imageclass in a week, and, out of the box -- the touchscreen basically isn't working. Sometimes it does, other times it selects something an inch away on the screen, other times it doesn't read your finger at all. After screwed up selections upon initial start up as a result, I finally got to the stage where I could directly hook it up to my computer. I thought, perhaps, it just needed to connect to the internet to upgrade the firmware and I could find a work around. After about 3 hours of searches and attempts I finally got it working. Yay! Success, right? Nope. A few hours later it lost its connection and the touchscreen went back to dysfunctional. I can't even print a single page...again. I might also add that the print quality was aweful when it did work; far worse than any color printer I've had in probably 20 years. I went through the whole cleaning process as some users have suggested with no improvements. I'm about 7 hours in on 2 imageclass printers in a week and I'll be finding a different printer altogether. :-(

Easy setup with our Macs and iPhones. Glad I made the decision to jump to laser versus continuing to purchase inkjet printers.
