Overall this is a great all in one laser printer. The only downside is the quality of speed when making a large quantity of copies. It seems really slow when you try to make more than one copy of anything.

I'm about done with this printer. I purchased it for a small business office printer. I've had it 3 weeks and the only thing it can do reliably is print. I'm tired of sitting on hold for 60 mins with Canon Support every time I need to scan a document. Every time they change an IP number somewhere and call it good. A day later I have the same issue. Great printer, horrible execution. No scan to email, no scan to laptop. I'm regretting purchasing a Canon at this point. So many functions it "can" do, if you can get it to actually do it.

Best Buy has once again cheated me out of the points for this purchase. The printer is fine, but what kind of business model actively fails to meet its promises and expects customers to come back?

Love this printer I use it in an my office for printing customers paperwork and for printing checks it works great

Best printer/scanner for the money. Quality beats any other brand. Works great for office.

It's great for black and white, not bad for color things like text or graphs, Not very good print quality for photos. Colors are not vibrant. Otherwise a good printer at a great price

Set up was very difficult, included directions did not match actual steps that needed to be followed. Print quality is pretty poor. This unit replaced a much smaller HP all in one laser printer that had much better print quality. Wanted to stick with HP but color printers are impossible to find right now.

Very good machine for small office use or work At home. Warning: it is heavy to lift and move around

Awful. Great Quality When it prints. Have to reconnect every single time to my computer as a new printer. I have a MacBook Pro.

Love the printer, However this is not easy to use. They don't make it easy to set up.

I have not been disappointed yet. I would recommend for a home office.
