Incorrect specs, and HUGE messy print issue

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The specs for this unit says that it will accept media down to 3x5" in the tray, which is incorrect - it only adjusts down to about 3.75", so I can't load the custom envelopes that I need to print from the cartridge. More importantly, when trying to print envelopes from the manual feed, only the first print is clear, and then each print gets progressively worse, with awful ghosting and splotching on the lower part of the media, as well as often on the back of the print. The rollers seem to be holding the toner and transferring it on their second time around onto the lower parts of the print. Not sure if this is just a defective unit or if this model has issues with printing envelopes, but I made every adjustment to the settings to compensate for this, and it still printed horrible misprints.

Returned for Lack of OEM Ink Cartridges
