Printer is great as long as you don't need help

But that is just the catch. I can print but scanning over email and via the toolbox is not working. This while the printer shows as active and ready to use in the portal. You would say, contact the Helpdesk. Well that is where it stops. For weeks I have been trying to contact the Canon Helpdesk. It looks like they limited numbers of staff. An automatic recording tells me that it is busier than usual and apologizes for the longer wait. Last week I disconnected after hearing two hours of music, the week before it was after 150 minutes. And now I am waiting for almost 90 minutes with no result and only music. I would strongly advice to go with a brand that has people to help you if problems arise. Or you better take out an extra plan with Best Buy to have someone help you if the need arises. It looks like I have to buy another multi functional printer/scanner to be able to work.

Returning to store today, and I will double check to make sure everything is in there. This printer is big and heavy.
