Scanner quality is poor. Printer is working fine. Other features to be tested.

Owned it for 6 weeks and wished I had never purchased it. Numerous calls to customer support and recording says wait time is more than an hour! I guess a 773 page manual should have been a clue. Printing a black and white star chart and the background text printing is so light you can't read it. My cheap inkjet and 13 year old HP laser printer has no problem printing it. Maybe it would be fine in a office environment, but I use it at home. Can't wait to change toner cartridges. Looked at other reviews and they were happy with it. Maybe if I could reach customer service?

Touch screen is not very user friendly. You have to keep touching the screen to get a response. Also, the option from using the side tray and the bottom tray is not very clear to use. Most of the time it does not print when it suppose to. I always have to clear, and manually delete jobs stuck in the printing mode que.

Small paper tray and fairly slow. The front touch screen is hard to operate

It was working well but then something went wrong with one of the toner cartridges and I couldn't use it anymore after less than a month. Canon did send me a refurbished one and sent a replacement cartridge for one that broke down. We will see how this goes from here.

Could not be more sorry that I bought this printer. I have wasted hours trying to get this to work. There is no guide and no help online and no phone number to call. The wifi connection keeps dropping out and it is impossible to get any information as to how the printer operates to troubleshoot connection problems. There is no online help to guide you. I could not get it to print for many months. Sometimes it will print via a wired connection and sometimes not. Wireless access is awful. Keeps losing the connection and automatically shutting down with no information anywhere as to how to fix it. Way too much money for poor performance.

It does the job. Good color. I like booklet printing option.

It never works. Unplug it plug it back in Does Not Work. Will not scan. Very VERY not user friendly. Cannon tech support went to Thailand & they tried to get $200.00 off me to clean my computer. They said that was why the printer did not work. DO NOT BUY A CANNON!

Terrible printer. Nothing but problems. The feeder rips your documents up, scanner only works half the time, paper tray constantly has errors, fax doesn't work, etc.

I still can't get it to scan to my email which is what I needed it to do. I'm going to need even more Geek Squad help to get it to work. Probably on site. An expense I had not planned on.

Worst all in one I have ever had. Always disconnects from the wifi with a new IP code which makes you delete it from the computer and reinstall 1-2x4s per week. The black drum motor just went out on it and I have only had it a year and a half. 3 year warranty for parts and labor and canon will not pay for it so it’s another $150 for the part that I have to install. Go with someone other than canon. Their products have become much worse lately.

This printer is terrible. The wireless feature is a joke! I have had it for a few months and I have had to call technical support several times already to get the wireless connection fixed. They walk me through 20 different steps each time updating ports and inputting codes and updating drivers. It is such a waste of my time when I need to be completing work tasks. Worst purchase ever!

The advertisement shows the cassette feeding module giving off the impression that the cassette feeding module is part of the purchase

It defaults to the wrong paper tray and driver issues in Windows 10 make this a no-go for a business printer. We went Brother and have been very impressed.
