This all in one printer does only two functions. Copy and print. It will not fax or copy to email. The Geek Squad spent several hours trying to fix the problem with no luck. I'm happy I bought the replacement warranty. I'm taking it back.

Not impressed at all for the money... constantly disconnects, scanning driver doesn’t work. Scanning quality is sub par..cmon canon, you should do better than this

This was the replacement for this first one I bought due to a broken door hinge. It was the only printer left standing on the covid shelves. Makes noise, Wi-Fi disconnects, can’t use the LAN connection and is slow slow slow. I hate to say this. It the HP unit I had before was a better unit. And that printer got the Office Space treatment. And yes The Beastie Boys we’re playing. Now to find a replacement and enjoy part two of the Office Space ordeal. Anyone seen my stapler?

This printer had good reviews but was horrible. It was very difficult to set up thru my wired network. The print quality was horrible. Each page that printed printed lighter with each page. I could never get it to scan with my computer. So I took this back and Bought a HP !

Couldn't get the scanner to work. The wifi and SSID never was found and it never connected. Poor product. The reviews were non- pleasing.

I returned because the prints were not nice. Black smidges on every print

This printer has outdated software that could not be updated. Very disappointed and returned immediately.

Having many problems with this printer. The last one is giving a paper jam alert without any paper found in it! As i work from home and also doing small business, it gave me so much headache in printing simple tags, labels, envelopes etc! My ink jet printer gave me better result and user friendly compared to this laser one! Trying to return it passed its return window what a complete waste of my $359.28

ITEM IS SUPER SLOW WHEN PRINTING, IT TAKES EVEN LONGER TO REGISTER THE ITEM FOR PRINTING. THERE IS A VERY LONG DELAY WITH THE PRINTING OPTION. I WILL BE RETURNING IT

Although the printer purchased is nice, I was disapointed that there was no printer physically in stock. I MEAN A BIG FAT ZERO!

Decent printer but if the color aspect is important, it’s not great.

Spent a lot of money for a 'good' printer so I wouldn't have any issues. Canon has a known issue with waking printer up from sleep mode. I didn't know this until I purchased it. Every time printer goes to sleep it disconnects from network. Can't print without plugging it in or reconnecting. Too late for me to return. Save yourself the headache.

Set up is ok if you use usb, but if you want to use wireless capability, scan to email etc it a pain to set up. The manuals were written by an engineer who cannot communicate to anyone who is not an engineer. Really terrible experience with the UI and UX. If you contrast this to Epson or HP - way more intuitive and easier to unlock the functionality.

Not good. If you were to have a paper jam, say a small piece of paper stuck that you cannot see: no way to take apart and clear. So after 10 days of operation that happened, it would not turn on without getting the error to clear the paper jam. I took it back, thank you.

Poor printing quality, too many issues with printing and connecting to my computer.

This is such a waste of money. The only reason I purchased this machine is it was on sale. I have not been able to use it at all. It is constantly paper jamming. no matter what i do. I am so upset,

Okay at first and then the manual paper feed stopped working. I've had this issue before and while it is a very good all-in-one otherwise, this is my most frustrating issue with this model.

Really disappointed with this printer. New toner costs about the same as the printer. Not much success with compatible toner. I tried two different companies. I would keep the printer if I could find toner at a reasonable cost. Back to the drawing board.

I have had a terrible experience with this printer. The wifi printing works 25% of the time, the screen with instructions is confusing, the touch pad only works if you touch it just right, the faxing failed my first try, etc.
