    Wanted to have a non inkjet that’s capable of doing everything a home office needs. Very fast and high quality printing. Not worry about ink drying. Fast and easy faxing. Like it better than the HP i had previously.

    I bought the Canon imageClass MF753Cdw printer in August 2024 from Best Buy for $475 with tax. It has began notifying me 2 months ago that the toner is low but none of the toner cartridges are less than 50% full. I checked with Canon, and their automated replenishment system for 4 cartridges is well over $800! The cheapest was from Best Buy, but 4 High Capacity cartridges just arrived and were $485 with tax. That’s quite a savings, but still $10 more than I paid for the printer. This is not a knock on Best Buy, but a condemnation of Canon’s business model.

    I personally love this printer. It is definitely a huge upgrade from my HP inkjet. The only reason I give this printer 4 stars instead of 5 is how complicated the setup was to get all the features I needed working properly. Other than that....awesome printer!!

    I've loved and used only Canon multifunction printer-scanners for years. I bought this one 4 months ago and starting soon after purchase it began disconnecting from my computer wi-fi whenever it would sit for several hours. When I'd attempt to scan it would give an error code and then say to consult the manual. I would then shut off my computer and re-boot, and shut off the printer and restart it which sometimes worked. But I have had to call Canon tech support 3 times already, and each time they have me uninstall the drivers and reinstall them, which takes 30-45 minutes in total, then it works OK. And then a week or two later it happens again and *I'm Tired Of It*. When it works it works great but I have never before been disappointed in a Canon product. I wish I could turn this in and get a better product, it looks like for the whole life of the product I will have problems.

    replacement cartridges cost as much as the copier itself . the copier weighs about 45 pounds, so a bear to move, even into the house. it prints nice enough but for the price of one cartridge (4 colors) is over $100!
