Great Printer

Do not use the off brand ink however my five yr old printer that was working great just stopped printing properly. Also if using off brand you cannot replace because machine doesn’t read an empty cartridge so that’s is the end. Easy set up lots of features

Not a good choice

Unless you are an expert in home networking avoid this printer at all costs. The instructions are next to useless, Every feature of this printer is difficult to set up. Trying to get ahold of Canon Tech Support is impossible. I have waited on hold for at least 45 minutes three times now with no success. Even some of the common features of a printer like this are lacking such as dual paper trays and two-sided to two-sided copying. Trying to print a photo from the PC is difficult. I definitely don't recommend this printer. I would return it except I stupidly threw away the box.

Great printer with outstanding customer support

Not the best

Doesn’t do what it says it does

It is very frustrating to read specs to get something that doesn’t do what it’s specs says it does.
