I just switched from having a well known brand for several years and so far this printer has been working great. It was very easy to set up too.

Ticks all the boxes for a small office/home office multi-function device - the print quality is good, and the scanner works well. Can be connected both wireless and wired ethernet, and connects to most Windows and Macs on the network with no fuss at all. Having two paper drawers is useful, but does make this machine a little bulky.

I'm very pleased with my new printer. It works great. I'm still learning to use all of the different features but the best feature that I have started using is being able to print things straight from my phone. No more downloading to the computer first. So easy to use.

Very please with the print and image quality. I also had a minor technical issue that Cannon support was able to diagnose and fix over the phone. No issues since.

I love this Canon printer. As a realtor who needs quality flyers without the high cost of commercial printing, the Canon is perfect. It's also easy to install and intuitive to use. Wifi printing setup was easy. The scanner also makes it simple to keep my office documents as paperless as possible.

This is a great printer. It’s very user friendly than other printers in the same class.set up was easy if you follow the instruction.

I tried Canon for the first time because I had HAD IT with Epson and HP printers wasting my money and time. I have been pleasantly surprised so far with the Canon. Although it can be a little slow to warm up, it prints well, it prints fast, it connects to my wifi and devices without issue. I have a small business so i was hoping this printer would work out and so far it definitely has. I have had it a few months now. If it crashes anytime soon I will be writing an addendum to this positive review, but I am optimistic so far.

Beautiful printing, but it's a bit of an ink hog. Wireless and mobile printing work flawlessly.

This Printer is awesome for a small business or for anyone that needs to be able to print, scan, fax, or anything else from one machine. It is easy to set up and easy to use.

This is the first home printer I have owned so please do not give much credit to my review if it applies to all home printers. I use my maxify mb2720 on a daily basis to scan paperwork two the office. I only use the Canon app to do so. The app works great but occasionally fails to connect to the printer. If you scan one page at a time it works great. My biggest issue scanning is that when you try to scan a stack of papers using the top feed it stops halfway through the job and you have to start over. This may be a problem with the app and not the printer. I occasionally print from my phone. It makes a lot of noise and takes several minutes before it will start printing. The print quality is good however. the instructions provided are not the best

This is the only printer company that I know about that has offices in the US with a call center in the US. I've been an HP printer owner for the better part of the last decade, and was fed up whenever ink would expire or a compartment didn't work even though it was brand new. No, enough of that!! Now, I am pleased to report that the Canon Printer here is accessible, wireless, and has a call center in the US. I highly recommend this printer to anyone else fed up with the BS of HP printers.

I did a lot of online research on the Canon Maxify MB2720 before I purchased because I did not want to buy another printer that I could not use. I was using another Canon Printer prior to the Maxify and I could not keep that printer connected to my home network. It worked on the initial set-up and then when I turned it off and back on again, it did not connect anymore. Now, I like Canon printers because unlike HP & Epson which I have had in the past, Canon printers has more features for what you pay for them, Canon has better Customer Support, Canon's products last longer than the others and are easier to use. In looking for a new All-in-one printer, my main concern is how well the printer would connect to my home network and how it would maintain that connection. The initial set-up of the Maxify is pretty straight forward so that was great as well as expected. The real test would be how the printer would stay connected even if the printer was turned off. In the 5 weeks that I have had the Maxify MB2720, I have turned it off almost daily and everytime I need to print from any of my family's over 15 various devices from smartphones to tablets to pc's and mac's, the Maxify would always print what it was asked to print. Currently, I have my Maxify connected to my home network via my Netgear R8000 Router which works great. The features of this Maxify are much more than I need but with a college student and 2 high school kids at home, I think that most of the features will be put to use at some point before I need to replace this MB2720. My wife was able to print some great looking pictures on some "iron-on" cloth paper to make several Quilts for my daughters school auction which turned out great. All in all I think that you can't go wrong with this MB2720 All-in-One and I highly recommend anyone, even if you don't have a Home Office, to get this great printer.

My first wireless printer. Setup was easy and operation for basic functions simple. This printer uses Pigment ink which is far superior than Dye based ink that is more widely used. Brighter, Bolder colors that never fade. Computer panel interface makes it much simpler to utilize all the other functions like copying from printer to laptop. All in all a great machine for the price.

Little confusing to set up but once the right drivers were available on-line everything has been great, very fast, great print quality

Since I got this product, I have been busy printing projects and essays for school as well as pictures for the children to color in. Great quality, easy to use, and fast printing at all times.

Have been a long time HP printer user. This is my first Cannon purchase and very pleased with performance. Price was affordable and easy to set up. Good review from PC Magazine.

We purchase this printer on the recommendation of the Cannon rep for our small business office. Overall we really liked the printer, it prints nice and sharp and the touchscreen makes it very simple to use the other features. However, ink usage is a definite issue. We had to replace the cartridges once a week and after a month decided it it would be cost prohibitive to continue using this particular printer and purchased another laser printer. Everything about the printer was great, except for ink usage.

After about 10 months of light use (probably used 15 times) error 5501 occurred, which will now need to be sent back to the manufacturer. This printer prints very well, but at the cost of lots and lots of ink.
