Great printer. Easy to use, all-in-one. Fast printing

The printer is fast and so far I'm pleased. I haven't had a chance to see how quickly it uses ink. I've always had Brothers and they are economical. First I got a wireless Canon Pixma and it goes through the cartridges pretty fast but this big one has a much faster printing speed than the old Brother and that's a plus for me so I can live with more ink useage.

Very nice printer, does not use alot of ink like our previous printer. Good quality prints of documents and pictures. Printer is compact. All prompts on screen can sometimes be a little hard to follow or get to the one you want.

The print quality is good. The printer delays for no apparent reason during printing sometimes, but usually prints relatively fast. It took awhile to get the settings correct so that the text wasn't huge (the printer default should be "fit-to-page", but it isn't). That was frustrating. With my Epson I did not have to adjust as many settings and did not waste as much paper with the initial prints. But it works fine now. I like the dual paper trays and the extra paper capacity. As with most items now days, the online instructions are not very comprehensive. I probably would not recommend this model to a friend.

connecting to this printer was so difficult, i've given up entirely. planned on connecting to online storage? think again. good news? your data is secure! fear not, as you will need to connect with either a flash drive or directly to your device. luckily have a long USB cable from another printer so i can comfortably print from my couch, rather than leaning over the printer & selecting items off my flash drive (i'd purchased this printer specifically because i'd hoped to keep it out of sight.) it remains out of sight, out of reach, but prints well, so it also stays out of ink.

Poorly Engineered, terrible ergonomics and GUI. Setup instructions are hard to follow. Connecting as network printer took several hours and had to add additional router. Touch screen is in a poor location and gets hit every time the top is opened or closed causing an unwanted selection to take place. Printing takes longer and is noisy. The redeaming qualities are that the print quality is good, has duplex operation, and the price was very right. That being said I almost wish I had my money back.

I bought this printer to replace one I apparently ruined. I used cheap ink instead of Canon ink . This one is doing OK, but occasionally goes off line. I'm not sure I have the fax set up properly yet.

I bought this for my home office and it is the best printer I have ever owned. The prints turn out great, it scans fast, it has large ink tanks and when you press the print button it turns itself on and then after about 5 minutes of non use it turns itself off.

I have owned this printer for about a month. It has tons of features for the money. I replaced a color laser printer because my wife is a teacher and wants to be able to print nice pictures. If the ink lasts as long as they say it will, it is comparable price-wise to the laser and has all the functions for about 1/3 the cost.

Fantastic quality for the price. Only complaint is toner/ink was not exact match to product model #, but it was the correct one. Salesperson wasn’t 100% sure so left store a bit concerned.

I purchased the Maxify MB2320 prior to the 2720. This 4 in 1 works well and is easy to interface with when you need to. This ink cartridges are relatively inexpensive and easy to replace

After having three successive HP all in one printers with them not lasting more than three years, I thought I would try a different brand. I did not like the ease of use of this Canon from the beginning (maybe because I found HP's very easy and intuitive). Printing copies seemed very slow, dual paper trays added a complication rather than a benefit for me and the first color ink cartridges I replaced showed up as being barely one quarter full (not sure if that was a printer or ink cartridge error). Fortunately, I bought the extended warranty (which I highly recommend on these seemingly disposable printers) and returned the Canon for an HP 8720. Hope I have better luck!

Before we bought this printer we compared it to other similar printers. We decided this one was the best for wife's job and printing at home. The price was good and the printer has been reliable

This thing gets used a lot. From cell phones to tablets to laptops to desktops, nothing fazed it. The print quality it good, but it can run through in like a MOFO.

No problems, prints faster than our old Canon MB with better color quality. Has jammed once when only 1 or 2 sheets of paper were available in tray. (20lb paper)
