Very nice printer. It took awhile to set up Fax with my Dedicated phone line and to print from my phone but finally figured it out. It's a bit more frustrating to set up than other less costly machines as the instructions are less detailed in general. Since I am somewhat tec savvy, even at an older age, I was able to figure much of it myself so far. Customer services also great to work with and easy to contact, which was a big surprise. Thank you.

We haven't had much use yet, but my husband did not have complaints about set up - a real compliment. Hope to have more image experience in the near future, but so far, no problems. It's been a bad month for tech at our place so 4 stars are simply fearful expectations. Loved the previous Canon printer.

Works great - had a few learning curves as this was my first non HP printer in a long time and interfaces etc have changed. Will take some time obviously to see how long the ink lasts but we're working it hard. I have a Mac.

I was concerned about getting this printer after other reviewers stated it was difficult to set up. Not sure what they were doing, but it was a breeze for me. Excellent quality printing and photos. Spent a little more on this printer but very happy I purchased this model.

There is a support line that goes along with this item but it has been difficult to actually get in touch with them. I have yet to find the USB port that is supposed to be available for scanning documents. Sometimes I miss my HP printer

Colors are clear, easy to load the ink, relatively easy to set up. The only real irritation is it is slow to wake up from it's sleep mode. Otherwise it meets all requirements I have.

Good value as far as ink goes. I like thst that there are several ways to load paper. Unable to create a usb connection or ethernet..but it seems to like wifi which was my 3rd choice..but its working well and the photo quality is good

Getting set up was a bit cumbersome (no manual) and the rear feeder is not intuitive. First page print time is a little long. Print quality is excellent and loading the ink was very easy.

Great value. Prints and responds very quickly. Tank ink filling is easy and very convenient. The only drawback I’ve noted is that the scanned images are not the exact same color

So far the printing is beautiful. The one picture I printed came out a little dark and not really clear. I'll try again when I need to.

I think this unit is great it fax scan prints and copy all of what I needed after my HP 6070 died. The add ink is simple and clean, set up was fairly easy.

Unlike epson products, THIS WORKS !!!!! I scanned 30+ pages with the Auto Document Feeder and no problems.

Excellent, economical and multi tasking ability. Don't need to worry ink catridge every few weeks as other printers.

This printer is delightful and it was a snap to set up. The print is bold; the colors are bright. I'm very happy.

Very happy with this Canon printer. Was easy to set up. Have not completed the FAX setup, but that doesn't appear to be hard.

Prints great and connectivity is good for a small home office with daily use.

I love it and it very fast that i use it for every thing

So far, printer is working great. Black and colors look great.

This printer is slow, hard to reconnect to your smart phone when you want to print from your phone. It is also glitchy,etc.
