    I like to buy the black and color cartridges in the twin pack. I think it saves me some money. The Canon ink is good. I don't use as much color ink as I do black. So I do buy single black cartridges.

    the ink has not dried out with my limited use. I have purchased the cartridge refills which may or may not work and will definitely dry out with limited use. I have purchase other cannon items and have been happy with all of them.
