Really like the USB or WiFi option. Printing is fast and great quality. Ink seems to be lasting as I had expected and is the reason I purchased this; to get away from low ink level cartridges drying up at the worst time. I truly appreciate having control of the ink, hope this printer, print-heads etc. hold up. The plastic casing seems cheap but, with good care and standard use, I dont anticipate problems and may become my favorite home use printer.

I like the actual printer a lot it prints fast and good. But setting it up over the wifi is very difficult. I recently switched routers and was unable to connect it to the new wifi so whenever I need to use it I have to take my laptop over to the printer and plug it in. The main point of the purchase was to have the printer in a location where it could be used wirelessly by everyone and not take up space near a desk. I would suggest finding a wifi printer that has easier wifi setup this one has been disappointing.

I used on line videos to figure out how to add the ink, etc. I have it working with a cable connection to my pc and a wireless feed from my iPad. It’s loud.

Replaced my old Canon printer. It was terrific with great photo output but used the expensive cartridges very rapidly. The new printer works very well with nice photo output. As I use it I will probably be able to get as good an image as on my old Canon 920. Output is fast and sharp for text. It seems a little fragile compared to my old unit. The bad news is that there is only one paper tray and you have to change the paper from photo prints to letter size.

It has a lot of options and the ink is cheaper than most other copiers. I really like that it uses most if not all the ink in the cartridge and how accessible and easily viewed the cartridges are.

Great equipment. Easy to set up and use. Prints excellent quality documents.

I have had the printer for about 8 months and I have only used about a quarter of ink in each tank. This means that at the current rate, a single fill should last a couple of years. With my previous printer which used the more usual individual cartridges, I would need to purchase at least a couple of sets per year at a cost far higher than the refill bottles for this printer.

Wish it had a paper tray instead of loading from the back. But I like the printer and the eco ink reservoir. I wont have to buy ink for a long time!!

We've had this printer for 9 months. We chose this model because the refillable tanks are more environmentally friendly. That part has been great - we haven't purchased ink in 9 months, and I don't think we're close to running out! When I purchased it, I was concerned that it doesn't have duplex printing. It turns out that we don't use that feature often enough to cause problems. We've had some problems connecting to the printer over our wireless network, but probably not any more than with other printers.

I like this printer except for one thing. The screen is so small and dark I have to have a flash light to read what it says.

Great printer it's easy to use and print pictures.

We bought this printer for two main reasons. The refillable ink tanks and the fax capability. The refillable ink is a huge cost savings and the fax is a feature that we have sorely needed for many years. Set up was easy - the owner's manual is excellent. (Not all that common these days.) Highly recommend this printer.

Bought this after looking at a ton of reviews and my trusted Consumer Reports. Works just fine as a printer but I LOVE the fact that I'm not wasting money and constantly buying ink refills after they dry out from minimal use. Print and copy quality are good for the price point.

Prints really nice. Just a small hiccup during installation - instructions were not too clear.

I’ve had a lot of printers and this is the best. I’ve had issues with have to buy so much ink. And spend $100’s of dollars on ink. With this one I’ve used almost a year and haven’t had to refill yet and when I do have to ink is better priced for it!! Yahoo

The ink is so much cheaper than cartridges. I've printed many pages and the ink levels have moved very little. I would have almost used a black cartridge doing the same amount of printing. A little noisier than the previous printer.
