The people I encountered @ the store were very helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. They ordered it online;informed me the expected arrival date;assisted me through financial specials and smiled all the way even when answering a question. Besides ease of transporting, the best feature is that the ink cartridge last longer than previous HP portable I owned. Only drawback is the wireless feature does NOT always work.

Well, I am currently frustrated by this printer. I was using high quality paper and all the basic black printing I did was really smeared. I switched the resolution to high gloss, and it was better, but still not great. I then used low quality paper and that also helped a little. Finally I swapped out both ink cartridges and that also kind of helped. I will give the printer one more chance and if it keeps up this messy printing it will be a return/exchange for another unit. Bottom line is if I have to print in photo quality just to keep from getting seriously smudged prints, it's not worth the really expensive color cartridge. I have no interest in spending $30 plus dollars for a color cartridge to print basic black pages. Based on my current results, I definitely would no recommend this printer to anyone.

Best little printer I ever owned, I bought the optional battery and I use both at work on a daily basis. It's a tad slow on start up but that's to be expected... I would definitely recommend!

Really good quality, but was a little difficult to set up. That could be a little on me as well. Easy to pack up and move to the next job

The printer is very compact, easy to set up, and does everything I want it to. I purchased the battery pack, so I can print on the road, and works great.

Yes this is a printer that I can use on the road in my travels. Yes no problem setting up in my bigrig and prints as advertised.

We use this for work on the road. Goes through some rough rides and comes out on top every time!

This printer is great for the business traveler . Also works ok in a home office if no other printer is available.
